Drew Dellinger was great to work with. We were looking for our home in the South Carolina coastal area from 400 miles away, and he made it easy. He has all the local connections a buyer needs. We made the trek to SC several times to view houses, and he had all the house viewings lined up one after another to make efficient viewing days for us. His southern hospitality was a great welcome to the area. We bought our forever home with the help of Drew.

The house was very roomy and comfortable for our family of eleven. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out for different activities for the various age groups. The pool was great for the young girls who sometimes get a little nervous in the ocean. our whole family doesn't get together very often, so it was a perfect place for us to reconnect and enjoy being together.

This was an awesome vacation. Property was beautiful; condo was ready when we arrived, convenient to park, pick up keys, and get in within 15 minutes! View was fabulous. Minor maintenance issues were addressed immediately.

I would recommend this location to anyone. I did have a couple of concerns, but hope that management corrected them after we left. Bottom line, we had a wonderful time -- lots of room, the beach was right out the back door, and the drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the area was short. I was amazed at the amount of kitchen ware that was available, including appliances. There were also a lot of games, puzzles, and even a few books there to enjoy. I hope we can go back soon!
