The condo was the cleanest

We went through Garden City Realty for a condo at The Waters Edge. Our condo was ready early and they had a combo lock and sent us the combo so we could go straight to our rental. The condo was the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I feel this is because Garden City Realty has their own cleaning/house keeping department. They were so easy to deal with. I will definitely use them again. The Waters Edge resort was so nice and convenient. It was only 30 steps from the pool deck to the beach umbrella. I will definitely stay there again. (You can sit on the pool deck and feel like you are on the beach.)

We have loved staying at the Compass Rose for the last 9 years. We love how clean and convenient it is. We also love the family feel.

We love that we have access to the Inlet pier to fish!

Was decorated very nice with a beach theme and comfortable. But Was very disappointed with wifi situation and the fact that there was only 2 TV'S in the condo. Had to go and purchase more forks, there was only 8 forks for a condo that slept 10 and couldn't even serve 10. The kitchen could use few new storage items. Also new pillows are needed.

Great place! Have reserved for next year. Only one suggestion: large groups like to grill out and there are no grills on site! Most places we stayed over past 20 years provide NICE, in ground grills. Also , a picnic table near the grill would make seascape perfect!

The baths and the kitchen were very clean, which are the most important areas to have clean. However, the surfaces of tables and lamps were very dusty. Overall, the house is wonderfully comfortable and certainly located in a fabulous spot!

My family and I had a wonderful time here The views are great all around and the place is very clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Master bedroom is away from the other bedrooms which offers nice privacy. It was wonderful waking up to ocean sounds and drinking our coffee on the balcony and then falling asleep to the ocean sounds. The Conche Cafe a few steps from the condo has great food and drinks. It was perfect and exactly what we needed.

Walking in this house again for the 4th year was like coming home. Everything anyone needs for a great week at the beach is available. New walkway to the beach was helpful. Covered porches on both sides of the house were great as usual. Old style beach house with modern amenities. House was clean and everything very convenient.Plan to continue renting DeBerry house for years to come.Had a great week- weather was perfect.

This was our third annual stay at License to Chill. All 14 of us had a great time. My only request would be to add a bar-b-que so we could cook outdoors near the pool.
