We love Waters Edge! Our family vacations here every year and this year was wonderful as always! Unit 1012 was very comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. We have adult children and we all felt very comfortable and not on top of each other at all. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. My only request (not a complaint) would be a few more cooking skillets. There were only two small ones in the unit and it was a challenge to make tacos when the meat would just barely fit in the largest skillet. We definitely would choose this unit again!

Great beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and in good condition. Only complaint is the parking situation. Upon arrival (it was dark outside), we were unsure where to park (didn't know if there were designated spots or not) - it would be helpful to include that in the directions provided for the property. The parking is "tight", and the lot was full most of the time we were there, so that is the only complaint we had. The elevator and steps weren't super easy to locate in the dark upon arrival, but we figured it out.

We were very happy with the new check-in method - saved us so much time! This was my third time staying in 306 One Ocean Place, and I loved it again. Some maintenance issues were resolved! The master mattress is too firm for me, so I purchased an inexpensive mattress topper. I would much prefer the two rockers over the new hammock, but some people would probably enjoy the hammock. We enjoyed the two new LR chairs and the new decor!! Everything was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked, but you should take a skillet with you if you plan to cook. I look forward to staying here again next summer!! I love doing business with Garden City Realty!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Master. This is our second year as snowbirds. I will mention the dishwasher needs to be service/replaced; it did not always clean the dishes thoroughly and never got hot enough to dry them. Also, the door on the 1/2 bath does not stay closed; the striker plate needs to be adjusted or replaced.

We stayed at Horizon East for the second time. Beautiful condos with wonderful views. This time we stayed in Condo 101. We absolutely loved it! Had the best time. Friendly people! And Krispy Kreme is just a short distance away!!!

We usually stay at a penthouse at surfmaster every year. When we arrived it was 80 degrees in our penthouse and the temp wouldn’t go down. A potential vacation disaster. Stacy swooped in and saved the day, she got us moved to mariners watch very quickly where we had a great experience! Stacy truly saved our vacation! She, alone, is a reason to use GCR for any and all vacation needs! Thanks for your help and actually caring Stacy!

We took our children and grandchildren as we have done for the last 10 years. We enjoyed the pool, using the grill and gathering on the porch. The inside was so beautifully decorated and roomy.

We had another wonderful family vacation at this property. It was great to see the improvements the new owners are making. The property is exactly as represented and is very clean and well kept. We love the Surfside Beach area, having spent numerous vacations there. The location of this property is perfect. Our family enjoys being able to go out the door and be on beach. The big porch with all the rocking chairs is a particular favorite. A perfect place to relax, enjoy a cold drink and read or talk. The property is located near numerous restaurants, Murell's Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. So lots nearby to see and do. Charleston is only an hour and a half away and makes a great day trip. The house is even stocked with children's books, beach toys, games as well as beach chairs. We put the provided grill to good use as well. Our family felt at home during our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Overall, my family had an awesome experience and would definitely come back. We did have a few hiccups, but the staff helped us as quick as they could. Plenty of space and each room having a bathroom made a great difference. Home was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. A bigger fridge would've been awesome, but we worked around that by having coolers for drinks. House was also less than a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach. Location was awesome and close to many things. Elevator was also soooo helpful for getting the big items upstairs! All in all, although not perfect, it was close enough and exactly what me and the family needed! 10/10 would recommend!
