Booking with GCR was a seamless experience. Everything was as pictured. The condo was very clean. The only thing I’d recommend is an updated stove/oven and a toaster that accommodates a thicker bread or bagel. If you need to iron anything, you’ll be out of luck as there is no iron or board. The bed was very comfortable and the view can’t be beat. The balcony offered a nice sitting area with a table and chairs. The shower floor feels a bit weak under the feet but was clean and has great water pressure. I’ve stayed at Surfmaster a few times and this was one of the best condos thus far.

Nice, clean, up-dated condo. Two negatives: tv’s were very difficult for us to use and the air-conditioning system is really loud. Loved the location of the complex. Only one table at the pools and no umbrellas.

I had trouble with the code for the door lock when I first got there but was fixed quickly the house was very clean and was happy that sheets were supplied also enjoyed it was very close to the beach will stay again in the future

We have 13 members in our family. My wife and I have 3 children, all of which are married, and we have 5 grandchildren. Our week together at the Mariposa was only the second time we have all been together. Interestingly, the only other time we were all together was three years ago, also at the Mariposa. Our family is scattered from PA to GA and the Mariposa is a good "central" location for us to meet. We had a GREAT time both times we stayed at the Mariposa. The house is perfect for our family. We love the dining table that seats 14 comfortably so that we can all come together for dinner. The house was clean and in good repair and ready for our use. The location on the beach is nice, especially for early morning coffee on one of the many porches, to watch the sunrise and to visit with family members. The private pool and hot tub, that are located in partial shade, are also a bonus on days when the sun is too intense for a full day of beach time. The location of the Mariposa, which is the next to last house on a dead end street, practically eliminates all vehicular traffic and makes for a private, quiet setting. Now that we have all returned to our respective homes, our 3 children have all emailed us to thank my wife and I for providing a perfect family vacation.

Surf Master 811 is a lovely, well furnished and equipped unit. The views from the balcony were stunning in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Bonus points for ample parking and fast elevators in the highly maintained building.

Check in was easy. Unit was reasonably clean. Could have used a good dusting. Ice maker didn't work. Called and maintenance came and said they would have to "look into it". We're thinking this has been broken for a long time. Buy some ice. Balconies were wonderful. Nice to have 2. Main sitting room was large with big screen tv. These are sleeper sofas so not as comfortable as a regular sofa. Bedrooms are comfortable size. Bathrooms are a little small but still fine. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but we didn't cook a lot. Tastefully decorated throughout. I would recommend.

And shared pool were not ideal for our family.

My wife and I stayed at 602 One Ocean Place. We found the unit clean and very well kept. We have stayed at 602 before and will request that unit again. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner is to purchase a double boiler to steam shrimp and vegetables and a colander to drain pasta and spray clean vegetables. We arrived home late last night and have already started to plan an October 2025 trip back to One Ocean Place. I have recommended One Clear Placed to my friends and family. We rented bikes, took a sunset cruise, had lunch at Morse Park, walked the beach, had dinner a couple nights around the Surfside area and enjoyed the hot tubs at One Ocean Place.

We have been tenants in Unit 201 for 2 months and have one more to go. Our experience has been wonderful. The unit is a bit dated, yet has all the conveniences needed. The cleaning service that was used prior to our move- in really did a great job. The location is perfect. A big plus is the washer and dryer in the unit. I would recommend this unit.

We had a party of 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious and the open concept on the main area was perfect for a large group. The views and short walk to the beach was fantastic. The house could have been a bit cleaner when entering, but we went in armed with our cleaning supplies anyways. Good tip to bring a Swiffer for the week to grab the lingering sand from the beach. Walmart is very close and easy to do a pickup order. The rental company is also very close and it made check-in/out very easy-everyone there is super friendly! We can't wait to get back here!
