This property is a gem. we were 16 golfers, able to book both sides P & T pleasure. with all 16 able to have own sleeping quarters & bath/shower. All Amenites were great. only thing I didnt understand is why we had to make our beds when we arrived. sheets/pillow cases thrown on you're bed in a plastic bag....?
only downfall, But this property is a excellent for large groups.

Overall we enjoyed this property and the experience in renting it. The bed was extremely hard and there weren't enough chairs on the balcony for all of us to sit at one time.

We had a great experience with our rental. Check in was easy and we were lucky our unit was ready when we arrived. It was only my husband and I so we really didn't use the kitchen much. From what we did use we could see that the kitchen could use updated appliances. Overall a good experience.

We had a great vacation at the Compass Rose 32 condo. The views were perfect. Sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evening.

Our unit (32) had new kitchen appliances and nice, comfortable living room furniture. The loft area was perfect for the kids. The building needs some cleaning and overall maintenance. The pool was nice and clean. We lucked out and had some great neighbors.

Property was very nice. Really only complaint we had was the fact that the kitchen was not stocked very good. No pots or pans. Could not really do any cooking. But we did enjoy the unit overall.

We have rented this home many times and LOVE it. Out of the door and into the sand. This is not a houss. This is a precious, pre-Hugo beach home that is well preserved and there are too few of.

truly fabulous 2nd time we stayed there this year. 3 times in past 2 yrs.house lives up to its name .. the sunsets from the inlet decks are great for the photographer or photographers at heart to capture. prior to finding this house we stayed ocean front BUT this house and setting doesnot hold a candle to the ocean front homes we have stayed in .. and beach access is across street .. 4 GENERATIONS have shared this house and is accessible to all .. THANK YOU.

We really enjoyed our stay here even tough it had to be cut short due to Covid-19.

There was a problem with the mattress in the master but thanks to Dan and the owner a new mattress appeared quickly.

We appreciate the level and quality of the pots, pans and appliances in the unit. As annual travellers south we do carry our own cookware. These bins were left unopened at this unit.

The couches in the living room area are starting to get a little tired but we were assured by the owner’s decorator who coordinated the mattress replacement that they were scheduled for replacement.

It is refreshing to see an owner who isn’t afraid to invest in the ongoing maintenance of their unit. So many units we have stayed in over the years have owners who do a high dollar refresh on their units then let them deteriorate to the point where they need a complete refresh again. This owner seems to have an ongoing maintenance plan where he reinvests every year.

We booked again for next year. Hopefully the virus is a thing of the past by then.

We enjoyed our stay and we would rent this condo again. Our kids did get stuck on the elevator the first night, but we didn't have anymore elevator issues after that. If you do get stuck, call 911. They came within 10 minutes. The elevator company came in about 35 minutes. We love the Georgetown County part of Garden City because we can put up our canopy when we arrive and leave it up all week!
