We stayed 7 days in Mystric Tide in July. The check-in and check-out service was excellent and speedy. the house was just as described with an ocean view and a short walk to the ocean. i would definetly stay again and would recommend it to everybody.

The property was updated with floors and bathrooms. The bedroom dresser needed a little love or repainted. The dining room light needed to be hung a little higher. Kitchen was a little outdated. The place was very clean and quiet. We had a nice relaxing time. View of ocean was awesome.

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the beach is 1 block. Having a pool is great for the grandchildren (10&12). Having WIFI is a bonus. Parking is tight but manageable. Have rented this cottage for several years.

We have been coming to Garden City Beach for the Thanksgiving week with all our family since 2006. As the grandchildren were born, we needed a larger house and have rented many houses in different areas. This year Seascape has filled our needs and made all of us very comfortable. For such a large house, it is quiet. My son came to the living area one morning thinking that he was the first one up since he heard no happy voice. Surprise you are the last one up! We are not a quiet family, but he could not hear us upstairs in the bedroom. The house itself is well maintained, plenty of technology, large enough kitchen for our cooks and baker. We had a few maintenance problems, but one phone call brought a solver within hours. The charcoal bbq is beautiful and with the picnic bench right there, we enjoyed grilled appetizers, fish, oysters and roasting marshmallows. With no pool nearby, we were more comfortable with the safety of the children. Being on the beach is fantastic! We dug holes, made castles, flew kites and played flashlight tag at night.
So pleased are we that we have reserved Seascape for next Thanksgiving already!

The weather sucked! (20 mph winds!). Carpet needed cleaning. Under cabinet lights would be nice. One-drain kitchen sink without sprayer made dish washing difficult. Ice maker was extremely slow. This is why a perfect score was not given. BUT, we are thinking about renting both sides in September.

We’ve rented this house twice now and hope to have it next summer. It has everything - and more - that one could want! We had a problem opening one of the sliding doors - reported it and it was fixed immediately. Check in and out was very easy - wish we could get the house a bit earlier as we come from Colorado and have to hang in town till its ready. But overall - an excellent experience

My wife and I were very pleased with this vacation rental, the location was great along with the views! The accommodations were clean, and very comfortable. It was a perfect getaway after a long cold winter! We would stay again.

We have stayed in two units within this complex the last two summers. It's the perfect amount of space for our group. Having three baths is a great feature because it allows the kids to have their own bath. The couches were a bit worn but otherwise the rest of the unit was in good condition. We drove a larger vehicle so parking in the garage was a bit tight but we never failed to find a spot. The complex has two pools, two hot tubs, it's just steps to the beach and it has great outdoor shower facilities to get rid of the sand. The pool and security staff are always present and helpful.

We had a great time at this beach house. The location was perfect. Front porch sitting and the short walk to the beach were exactly what we needed. Loved being able to park two cars under the house, with plenty of extra room for our beach gear. The house is nice. Would definitely stay here again!
