Our family loved the condo and its location, everything we needed was provided in the unit. The only disappointment was the blinds, could not close them so the morning sun came through early into the bedroom and living room. We did report it to the main office and a repair man came up immediately but we were told he could not fix them as something was broken and a specialist would have to be called in but it would take about three or four days before they would come out, they did not come while we were there. The parking was another issue as we were told we would get two spaces, luckily we only needed one but even then it was difficult to find a parking spot at times.

This was our first time staying in Garden City Beach. We loved it. The unit was very nice. It has a very nice kitchen and is decorated very nicely. The view from the balcony was great. We saw sea turtles swimming every day. The area was very nice. It was much quieter than Myrtle Beach. I will continue to vacation in Garden City Beach.

Overall, a good rental experience, we would return here again. Location is everything at this place. It would have been nice if the rental company had informed us about the damages to the pier and docks, that was a major point in choosing this location, then to arrive and not having been notified about the damage was very disappointing.

Everything was great with just a couple exceptions. Parking was horrible!!! There is simply not enough room for all the guests. There were a few issues in the room that were reported, but were never taken care of, at least not while we were there. The fluorescent lights in the kitchen had burnt out. The outlet in two of the bathrooms by the sinks quit working, which was very inconvenient when trying to use a blow dryer or flat iron. It was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Otherwise, all was good and I would like to stay in 614 again. We've stayed at the Surfmasterbythesea several times and all felt like this was the best unit we've been in.

This was our second year at this location and have already booked for 2022. The home is very clean and we love the fenced in yard for the dogs. Being a block from the beach makes access very easy.

My family and I have rented this condo before and always come back to it. Nothing else compares. When we walked into it, it was spotless and smelled great.
The showers are big enough to accommodate a large man without feeling closed in. The kitchen has everything you need. Ocean view is great from the inside and on the spacious balcony.

This home is one of the nicest rental homes we have stayed in. We have rented a beach house in GCB for the last 15 years, usually oceanfront, but decided to try out second row because of the pool. It was well worth it. My only suggestion would be that the owners add black out curtains to the downstairs King bedroom due to the morning sun being very bright.
