My mother, sisters, and I had a wonderful "girls" trip in April. The accommodations at Surf Master 402 were very nice. The unit was very attractive and well equipped. The staff at the rental office was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. The location to restaurants and shopping was excellent.

We were booked for two week but only got to stay three night because of hurricane Florence. However the house was very nice, clean and kitchen well stocked. Can’t think of anything negative about the house or location. Will booked again. Very satisfied with the time we were there.

Overall 5 stars for location,and general condition of the property. Garden City Realty staff were outstanding; 4 stars for cleanliness, condo smelled musty when we arrived, not quite as fresh as last year. Once I sprayed and wiped down everything it was better. Noticed track lights in kitchen were very dusty, as was the ceiling vents. Everything else looked very good. Reservation in place for next year.

Property was even better than described and very well maintained. Beach and pool are within steps or ramp to the elevator, so getting from the room to the beach is very easy. Condo is very clean and comfortable and the central air conditioner keeps the unit very comfortable. The linen package was perfect. Property management team does a great job every day of keeping the beach access and the pools and spas very clean. Murrel's inlet is fantastic, we took a boat out for half a day from the Crazy Sister Marina, the folks there are very helpful. All in all it was one of the best vacations we've had. The rental was exactly how the pictures were, unit needs a little tlc, but over all was very nice. The pots and pans were nicer than what I have at home. It was very homey and comfortable.
