Garden City Realty has always been very accommodating. The Metzler Beach House was wonderful! Roomy and full of anything and everything we could have needed. Beach was perfect! This house was selected because it had a heated pool, wish it had been warmer for late March/April. Didn't feel like 86!

We enjoyed our stay and the use of A Place At The Beach 1K. Very well equipped and nicely appointed. The only thing we felt it needed was a new mattress in the master and for the pull out. Both have seen better days. Other than that, we loved the rental!

We rented both sides of the house for our annual golf trip. This is the third year in a row we have stayed in this house and there is no doubt the best aspect of this house is the location. The house is nice, but nothing fancy. There are better properties on the beach, but I doubt any have a better location for such a great price. I would recommend the property without hesitation.
