This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the balconies and having the little screened in area at the front door to leave our beach chairs and such. Garden City Realty was great to work with, wry accommodating. We had a situation where we had accidentally locked ourselves out, and they were there within 10 mins to let us in. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and very chic property. State of the art appliances. Breathtaking views of the ocean in master and living area. Very comfy beds and couches.
Big spacious bathrooms. Completely stocked kitchen, had more than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The best part was the balcony. Huge with 2 sitting spaces with rocking chairs and comfy outdoor couch and chairs.
Nice pools and hot tubs. Wish they were open past 9:00pm.
Nice clean access to beach . Beach wasn’t too crowded at all. We would love to stay here again. Everything was just as it should be.

This is a beautiful house. Only issue was sliders off living room would not open on one side and the other side was super hard to open and close. That was the most convenient way to the pool.

We had a great refreshing time. This is a very nice place. Could use update on cooking utensils in kitchen. Mattresses need to be replaced - uncomfortable and noisy. In spite of these things we enjoyed our visit.

Great location. We really liked the unit. Unfortunately, there was a garbage disposal backup at the beginning of our stay and garden city maintenance could not take care of it and they finally got a plumber after the kitchen flooded. We had to request housekeeping to clean up the mess. The master bed was hard as a rock. We had to sleep in the smaller bed in 2nd bedroom. This unit is also very very damp. It definitely needs a dehumidifier. But all in all it's a very nice place. Had everything we needed and it has the best beach access.

I rely on reviews myself when renting, so I would like to put this out there. Surfmaster 206 was very clean and I really have no complaints, I would definitely stay there again. It's on the 2nd floor, right above the walkway to the beach so it can be a little noisy at times, but wasn't really a big deal for us. On the last day, our smoke alarm started beeping and needed a new battery. We called maintenance and left a message. They were there within 15 minutes to fix it. If I had any complaints at all, it would be this....the condo could definitely use some updates and the bathrooms are very small (I know this can't be changed). No counterspace at all, which might only cause issues for us ladies who have make-up or toiletries, etc. The kitchen....not many cooking pots and pans. We only had 2 people, so we got by, but it wouldn't be that difficult to purchase a few more things. Our main problem in the kitchen was the lack of any pot holders to get anything out of the oven. Other than that, no major issues. When we arrived, all the paperwork and everything we needed was laid out nicely and organized so we knew what we needed to do, with codes to the doors and gates and our parking pass. Again, no major complaints, just upgrade the kitchen a little bit! I definitely would recommend Surfmaster 206.

We had a big family gathering for Thanksgiving and the Thomas House was just what we needed. Lots of room and right on the front beach. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Abernethy Cottage. The bungalow was reminiscent of beach houses of the past. The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the waves come in on the beach. The only suggestion I’d offer is to invest in some new living room furniture. The material on the couch and loveseat was dingy and appeared soiled. We really didn’t want to sit on them.
The staff at Garden City Reality was extremely helpful and great to deal with. We have rented a number of beach houses from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future.
