SeaCamp is an excellent house. I have been vacationing in the Garden City area for MANY summers! SeaCamp is possibly the best house we have ever rented. The home is in fine condition and the simple decor/design made it ideal for our needs. I have 2 negatives I can apply to this place. The pool is a little small. However, it provided a place for the kids to still have some water play and stay out of the sun for a little while. The mattress covers could stand to be cleaned/replaced, our cover was on the dirty side of the spectrum. I did not hear any one else complain about their cover. Please don't let these negatives deter you. It is an excellent rental in an excellent location.

We had a great week of sun and fun at Surfmaster 907. We recommend walking to breakfast at the Surfside Beach pier. This condo was very comfortable for our party of 7. I know that it was updated relatively recently but the unit must take a beating from weekly rentals. Nothing about the condo would stop us from renting again, but broken blinds and cracks in the drywall might deter others. The view is fabulous! The staff was very helpful with our small emergencies. Thank you for a week of quality family time!

This is our 2nd year of renting this condo. Not only is it beautifully decorated, it is clean and has all we need for 2 adults and 2 children. It directly overlooks the pool and beach. We loved it and I’m sure we will stay again

We have stayed at One Ocean Place for years and have never been disappointed. This is our second time in 1202 The condo has been remodeled since our last stay. The condo is pretty, clean, full stocked, beautiful view ....great home away from home. Would definitely stay here again .

House was beautiful, ocean view and directly across from beach access. Only drawback was tv in front bedroom was too small. Had one inconvenience when we arrived. Front bedroom sink had note to not use waiting on part which was fine. While we were unloading our cars repairman arrived to fix sink. Very nice gentleman, even brought up some groceries for us. He had 3 sinks to work on taking him from about 6-8:30 to complete. We just sat around waiting to unpack and go to dinner. Other than that vacation was wonderfull! Definitely will rent this house again when we vacation again.

Our week stay at Ocean Air was wonderful! The layout of the house, the amenities, the beds, the cleanliness and the customer service were all great. We made a call when we realized the water was cold in the heated pool. Someone came out the next day to take care of that and afterwards we had a beautiful, warm pool to swim in. The house was awesome and we are already talking about going back!

We were an extended family group of around 35 people, from babies to grandparents, and rented both sides of the house. Loved the large kitchens, dual fridges and dishwashers, and ample seating, as we had all our meals at the house. Location was convenient to airport, grocery stores, and day-trip options. Beach was nice and so close, with lovely views from the balconies. We ended up using the pool more than we expected and it was a fun gathering spot for all ages. The 16 bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy, and with enough space to gather in the common areas or on the porch. We had a few minor maintenance requests during the week, which were handled promptly. Already looking forward to our next stay at P’s and T’s!

We've vacationed at One Ocean Place for years, and will continue to book through Garden City Realty every time due to their awesome customer services. No one could have predicted that the clothes dryer broker on the first day of our 2 weeks stay. The maintenance manager was on it right away, but the repair was delayed by specialty labor availability. To help us out, the maintenance manager arranged for us to dry our clothes in other units in the same complex during our two weeks there. Even brought us a laundry cart to help us "haul" the laundry. Amazing service!

We stayed a week during the 4th of July holiday and we had a great time. We were able to check in before 4pm and the room was clean and the view was amazing. We did bring a lot of household items, since we were givin a heads up as to what items were available.
We already booked for next year.
We only wish there were ceiling fans.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was great! The house was clean and very nice. The one difficult thing was that my husband couldn’t sleep in the master bedroom because the air conditioner was very loud and made a noise that kept him up the first night so he slept on the couch for the rest of the time.
