My family and I stayed a total of 9 nights in this Home... We loved it. We was across from the beach had our Own pool hot tub . Needless to say next year we will be renting this house again .

Granted we came the first of May, last week of the better pricing, but it was perfect weather and no crowds. The condo (Surf master Master 1105) was beautiful! The recent remodel and update was done well. The new shower in the master bath was so nice.
There was nothing we wanted for. If anyone has not noticed on these condos, the balcony is extra deep and very relaxing. The tall table and seating was very welcome because you could rest and still see over the balcony, not through it like so many others with a low table and chairs.
The Kitchen was very well equipped with every gadget you could want. The rest of the place was also furnished well. The laundry was so convenient, we ended up going home with no dirty clothes to wash when we got home.
Being it was our first time there we were not sure of the layout and parking situation but if you find the lower level parking (right off the street) park, use the north elevators on the left as you look at them, and got to 11th floor, 1105 will be to your right a couple of steps. Follow the directions to the door locks carefully and you are in. No lobby or human contact required.

tHIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO MRYTLE BEACH, MY FAMILY AND MYSELF WERE VERY PLEASED WITH SUMMER BREEZE. IT WAS DECORATED BEAUTIFULLY. BEING ON THE OCEAN IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO. SEEING THE SUNSET EVERY MORNING WAS GREAT!! THERE WERE A FEW MINOR ISSUES THAT SHOULD BE ADDRESSED, NEW SHOWER CURTAIN LINERS AND TOILET SEAT KEPT FALLING OFF. I LEFT A NOTE WHEN I TURNED IN THE KEYS AND IM SURE IT WILL BE ADDRESSED. THESE ISSUES DID NOT EFFECT OUR PLEASURABLE STAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT FIRST VISIT TO THE AREA.

We went when it was chilly and windy but made the best of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and living and kitchen area were up to date. The blinds need some work. After only staying 3 days, we were out of trash bags and toilet paper and no way to get more. Other than that great place to vacation

This was my families second year at Garden City. We loved every minute of it and plan to come back next year and stay at 104 Afterdeck.

Rock Hill

House was great for our needs. Short, easy walk to beach, which was important to us since a few in our family have mobility issues. Surfside Pier is less than a mile south of the house. Some of us walked to it just to explore. There are lots of restaurants and an ice cream shop there. House was comfortable and well stocked. Only thing negative is when we got there, we had no hot water. I found the breaker box and the breaker was off so I called property help line (was 10:30pm before we realized) to make sure it was ok to switch it back on. Guy that answered was super nice and helpful and told me what to do to get it going. I followed his instructions (not difficult at all) and we had no more issues the rest of our stay. Temp was a little cold still (first week in April) and we weren’t able to use the pool since it wasn’t heated. I wish in the future they would have the option to heat the pool. Beds were a little hard, my hips were hurting by the second night., but I’m also used to a memory foam mattress at home, so maybe it’s just me. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining room for our party of 8. Kitchen was well stocked. I even saw a crockpot in there. There were 2 coffee pots, a toaster, most everything I could think that I might need was there. Nice quiet neighborhood, just far enough from the pier to not hear the noise from it, but still close. Love that I could take my dog too!

Our stay was fantastic!!! We were very pleased with our stay in Boston Commons. The unit was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved everything about Boston Commons. It had everything we needed. The pool was great, the yard and grilling area was great. The only, and I mean only complaint that I have is about the elevator. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't . It honestly scared me a couple of times, it needs an air vent or something. it gets really hot in there. It needs to be fixed. I'm not sure if it is a mechanical problem, or if the penthouse has something to do with it.(Maybe they were holding the door open?) Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We would definitely consider staying there again. I have even recommend it to my friends! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

Great house, great location. My family has been coming to GCB for over 60 years , we have seen alot of changes but are so glad to find a true beach house with great access to the beach and the canal. We also love the adequate parking and nice area underneath the house and the large grass backyard. We truly love that it does NOT have a pool.
