This was the second year we stayed at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the garbage disposal had to be cleared out when we got there, and then we had to call maintenance for the dishwasher which turned out to be broken. So we couldn't use it for the week.

I would make one suggestion that the owner put tv's in the other bedrooms.

The living area was open and airy,the kitchen was a good size. There were 2 of most everything, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. There was an ice maker under the counter in the kitchen, which was great! The front porch was wonderful. The bedrooms were
not a huge size, but who spends a lot of time in there anyway? It would have been nice if there had been bigger and nicer bathrooms, but eh. The lights on the steps leading to the pool and inside the pool were repaired about midweek, so that was very nice.
There were a few light bulbs out, but I'm sure if we had asked, they would have replaced them. I will say that we were surprised that although it listed 8 bedrooms/8 baths, not all bedrooms had a private bath. The 2 bedrooms downstairs each had a bathroom,
but it was located outside the kitchen; that meant that other people used them as well. That was really the only downside. As picky as I am about choosing the "right" beach house, I could stay in this one again next year.

This our first time at Beach House 217 and we loved it! The ocean view is fantastic and we especially liked the outdoor furniture that allowed us to see the ocean easily. We also loved the entryway bench for jackets and things as well as the table and couch. Everything in very good shape and clean. This place has been well kept and the bathrooms had nice features and cabinetry. We love the location because it’s close to many places and activities. I would highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay in our latest rental on ocean front. Our condo was clean, comfortable (beds were SUPER comfortable), beautifully decorated and updated. The beach was a 2 minute walk and the pool and whirlpool 1 minute. The sunrise from the master deck was stunning! Thank you for a memorable and relaxing weekend! We look forward to staying with you again.

Moonlighting is a large home rental that meets the needs of those who use it. Clean, roomy,quiet & many more extras to make your stay comfortable.A great view and a spacious beach are only a minutes walk away.A large front porch allows you to sit and relax, morning or night.
