We were pleasantly surprised with the home. It was perfect for our 2 married daughters and husbands and 2 small grandkids. (Could have used a high chair). It felt like home and was lovely furnished. Very comfortable and loved the location. Only problem was the outside shower didn't work. The foot wash did.

Note: the next door neighbors (on the right) spray washed their pool fence and rocks and all the black "muck" blew all over our pool side furniture, while we were at the pool! We had to clean it off. It was a mess! They never offered to clean it. We still enjoyed the stay, but, thought you would like to know.

We love the location, nice house and pool. The dining room chairs were very dirty looking and coffee maker should be replaced because it doesn’t have an auto shut off. No large pot for Beaufort stew and other items would have been nice to have but ok. The bedrooms were nice, bathrooms were good. Nice and quiet area

A+++ We just spent 10 days here in September and it was one of the best vacations we’ve had. Clean, beautiful condo and the view was amazing. Pool was very clean also. Will definitely continue to stay here and planning to purchase a condo at Surfmaster in the next few years.

The staff at Garden City Realty was fabulous. The only issues of our trip were the TV in the living room, although we didn't watch much TV, and that the AC upstairs didn't cool quite as much as we'd like. However,the location, house, pool, and everything else was wonderful.

It was a wonderful week for our family. We had our children and grandchildren with us and it was one of the best vacations ever. The house was great for us and we appreciate all the little things such as bathroom and showers outside. Sun porch is wonderful. It does need new pots and pans, (pots stick terribly). We really enjoyed our stay at Water's Edge. The condo was great and had a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool. The condo had plenty of sitting space and had updated sinks in the bathroom and kitchen countertops. We had a loose bathroom faucet that we called maintenance to come and fix and they were out in no time to do the repair. We would recommend renting this condo again! The pools were clean as well as the sitting area and parking structure.

Condo was clean and updated. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms really clean. Kitchen stocked with essentials. Great location with awesome view. Large balcony. Pool area very clean. Only downfall is unsecured WiFi. Would definitely stay again.
