We bought our beach house from Cal 7 years ago. Before that Lee Owner/BIC Lee Hewitt and his staff assisted us in securing long term summer rentals for us until we found the perfect home after many years of searching for the perfect 2nd home. The home we bought came on the market and they immediately notified us. We were the first customer to view it and they assisted us in securing this beautiful, move in condition home. We literally just had to move our clothes and personal items in and it was so convenient. They knew EXACTLY what we were looking for in a home and quickly got us in and a contract secured. Subsequently, on the resale of the home after many years of enjoyment and deciding to relocate, they immediately got us 2 viable offers in the first two days of listing. Cal was very supportive and represented us as a seller agent in a very conscientious manner to allow us to get the best selling price! It is bittersweet to leave our second home in Garden City but the perfect couple was found who will surely enjoy our beach retreat as much as my family did.

The blinds have been broken for the past 2 years we have stayed here. We love the unit we stay in but would like to be able to shut the blinds for privacy. The furniture could use a good cleaning or replaced. The kitchen could use utensils for cooking. Additional pots and pans as well.

Everything was great except we only had one trash can which was full when we checked in. Unfortunately, we left the can full when we left. We noticed most houses had 2 cans. We did not know where to put the recycling either.

For a second year, this home is perfect for our family. It includes an elevator needed to "Great Grandmother" into the house. When it did not work the owners had it fixed immediately.

This house had every single thing we needed from linens to a fully-loaded kitchen. Every detail was considered in setting up this house. We walked 150 steps to the beach. The house was decorated very tastefully and everything was top notch. We will definitely try to grab this house again!

Rock Hill

This property is exactly as described and provided the perfect getaway for 3 families! Plenty of room, well-stocked kitchen, and a great location!! The bedrooms are good sized and the bedding is comfortable. Common spaces provide ample room for multiple groups and conversations. The garage space saved our rainy weekend with room enough to play cornhole and hang out. With the weather, we had limited beach time but the access is directly across the street. There are several steps involved, though, so might not be the easiest if you have a bunch of beach items during the summer.
We had an issue with the ice maker and maintenance responded promptly. They were unable to repair it but we were offered reimbursement for our ice purchases. Honestly, the ice maker would not be sufficient for a large group anyway so we didn’t take them up on the offer, though it was appreciated. A stand-alone icemaker (and maybe a second refrigerator) would make this home totally perfect! Highly recommend!!!

We have now stayed at beach house 317 the last 2 years, and really enjoy the well funished condo along with the location on the beach.
We plan on staying there again next year, possibly for a couple of weeks.
