This was my first experience with vacationing in this area (usually do the gulf), but I found
this home and beach VERY family friendly. I
would stay here again. The open great room/dining room/kitchen area enabled us to keep an eye on the younger family members and
still enjoy normal activities (cooking..very well stocked kitchen, tv, games, and hanging out on the porch. The only drawback would be the absence of a tub, but the
outdoor shower enable us to take care of the littler family members. The beach was great, bring your chairs as the material suggests. I used the linen service/beds made and arrived to a place where I could just begin VACATIONING! No grill, but have a small portable that we used out in the lawn area.
Fenced yard was great for kids to run around and there was all kinds of off street parking.

I cannot recommend Garden City Realty enough. They are customer-focused and go WAAAAY beyond to keep the customer happy. We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed. The air conditioning went out in one home and was fixed the same day. The internet died and it was fixed the same day.

We left behind large luggage in one of the rooms; they went to the house as it was being cleaned for the next renter, got the bags, and locked it up until we could get it.

This year (2020), Pam delivered exceptional customer service, keeping calm and kind as she worked to reschedule our family beach week. She's been working with tired, worried customers during COVID19 and handling it with grace and compassion.

I loved the room an the deck also kitchen was well stocked. The mgr was very helpful because the week we were down there un known to manger there was construction starting same time which involved a very loud jack hammer right outside our door they were fixing railings omg soo loud it went on off an on for two days on our side the mgr was kind an refunded one day stay I appreciate that felt like should have been two from the noise that was coming thru wall but he was very empathic.. I loved room only suggestion I have is please get rid of those plastic blinds there were many missing an some were barely attached maintenance said it's a ongoing issue if they would switch to reg sliding curtains it would be so much nicer an keep more light out in morning when trying to sleep an easier to get on an off deck an open an close. Other than those two things I would stay again very nice room an view!!!! Thank you.

This is the third time staying in this unit, BH110, over the last few years, CLEAN and very comfortable. Convenient and a great view even with it not being oceanfront. Garden city realty has always been great also. Great for kids with a 2nd tv in unit.

The sundial is in a great location and everything was good. Wish there was a way to get to the pool/beach area with out those spiral stairs.the property was clean and decent condition however the electrical sockets are all coming out of the wall which seems dangerous.

From start to finish this was a wonderful experience. The customer service is a 10, the condo was clean, well stocked with towels and linens, anything you needed to cook a meal was available (cabinets stocked with cookware). Our condo(107) had umbrellas, chairs and toys for the beach. And of course the view was impeccable. Definitely would stay again!

The property is a good location. However, there were several problems including a leaking washing machine, broken tile in the bathroom, and a broken drawer in the dresser. In addition, we saw a roachbug and a spider.

This is our second time staying in condo 106. We love the view of the ocean. The location is close to shopping and grocery stores. We spend quite a bit on the patio. Check in was super easy. The central air works well, but it is very noisy. They give you plenty of towels. I would stay here again.

Beautiful location close to both Murrells Inlet and South Myrtle. Love the area, so much to do without traveling very far. The piers were great, the room was excellant cant beat it.

The view from the 11th floor condo is truly exceptional! From the balcony at high tide it looked as though you were in the ocean. We had several sightings of Dolphins swimming very near to shore. The condo itself was very clean and well equipped and so very spacious. I had everything I needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. You never know from pictures what you will be getting in a rental, but this condo was better than the pictures. I would definitely stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.
