What a wonderful week we all had! The house fit us all (11) comfortably and memories were made! Kids couldn't decide between the beach, the pool and the hot tub, so lots of back and forth all day. Love that when you're cooking, your view is the ocean. Doesn't get better than that. The new Master Bath....big hit!! Papa could finally stand up in the shower! Recommend Metzler House for your family gatherings.

This condo has everything a renter could want! The condo is beautiful and looks like it was decorated by a professional designer. The unit is also very comfortable and convenient. The owners obviously take pride in thier condo and keep it well maintained. The unit is on the end of the north building and there is some noise from the equipment situated between the buildings but it is not loud enough to disturb you. We stayed the enire month of February and have no complaints and liked the unit so much that we have reserved it for 2013. If you stay here I'm certain you will be pleased!

My Wife and I were lucky to meet Drew [Dellinger]. We were moving from AZ. To Murrells Inlet. He made Himself available to show Us homes for a full week! Then assisted Us in all aspects of the buying process while We were selling our AZ. Home. Couldn't have done it without his constant assistance and professional support. Thanks Drew!!!!

We enjoyed the dreamscape rental. It was clean, had plenty of room, and just a short walk to the beach. Only a couple very minor issues - The coffee maker is on its last leg and needs to be replaced, it still works but the start button is cracked and the base was leaking a little. We found the elevator a little difficult to understand how to use it. Having instructions would be helpful. We would certainly consider staying her again in the future.

Overall our experience was nice. The master bed matress and pillows could definitely use an upgrade and the only other complaint I have are the little things that arent included. ie. One would think that they would not make out of town guests have to purchase garbage bags, dish soap, paper towl, toilet paper. I know this may sound petty but I'm sure we aren't the only guests purchasing these items and leaving them behind for the next guest. I called for an additoinal garbage bag (I only needed 1) and was told I needed to purchase them. So i'm there a week and need to purchase a box of garbage bags?? I guarantee everything I purchased and left behind were not there for the next guest(s).
Its the little things that make a big difference.

From the reservation process through week stay, this was one of our most relaxing beach getaways.
Unit was furnished very nicely, best mattresses & pillows assured restful nights sleep. Had all needed appliances, double oven was a bonus. November weather cooperated also:)
Reservation assured appropriate COVID cleaning was done after each stay. We double sanitize wiped door knobs, handles & light switches too.
Just one suggestion, needed a broom in unit.

The website was set up great to view multiple properties at the same complex. Also, I received very prompt replies from any emails I sent. Can’t wait to be at the beach!
