We enjoyed our time at Surfside Beach, because it was like living in a quiet residential neighborhood with the ocean as common area. The beach was not too crowded. We rented the house through Garden City Realty, and they made the whole process simple and convenient. Although much of the transaction was completed online, the staff were professional and extremely helpful.

Great vacation, only problem was one working elevator for whole north building. Down for one week this made checking in and out and for people with disabilities, very difficult.

Our place at Compass Rose 12 was beautiful. We loved everything about it. Loved the screened in porch if we had rockers there it would have been more awesome but the chairs were fine too. We enjoyed our stay.will be back already have it for a month soon.

We enjoyed our stay at Waccamaw Exchange, great location, dog friendly with a dock and boat ramp, close to Sam's Corner and the pier which is the heart of Garden City Beach. Only cons is the A/C only has a thermostat upstairs which makes the downstairs uncomfortable at times. Also the house can acquire a smell from the inlet/marsh at times. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Condo was very clean and perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable, however, we did go out and buy a fan for the bedroom since they had no ceiling fan. That would be a nice addition. We would stay in this condo again

Love Sea Banks 302! Perfect location! Great screened in porch! Well-equipped! Comfortable beds! No crowds on this part of the beach! I have rented many condos in Garden City...and this is my favorite!

Very nice house. We only had two snafus, one the elevator was not working when we arrived and there was a leak under the kitchen sink. Both were resolved quickly but JC from maintenance. This is a great house. We had a great time.

Overall, it was a good experience. The location and view were fabulous. However, the condo could definitely use an update. The dishwasher wasn't attached to the wall and would tip out. The stove
was ok (has coil burners) The refrigerator with icemaker was fine with the exception that the produce drawers were permanently off track. Dryer installation was a little scary, but it worked well as did the washer. I was grateful they were there. The dining area could use a brighter light. All bedroom furniture had a bubbly, scarred surface, but there was lots of storage. The master bed is too high for short people and sags in the middle. There was ample, comfortable seating for 6 in the living room. Sofa bed was actually comfortable to sit on. One of the biggest disappointments was the 24" tv screen in the LR and only one bedroom out of 3 had a tv at all. Bathrooms were fine but maybe install some grab bars for older people. Elevators were fast and there were plenty of carts to bring luggage and groceries up. Grills for guests to use were gas fueled and relatively new. In spite of what I have described we had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo. Just know what to expect.
