This condo was fantastic! It was on the side but had a great view of the ocean even from the bed!! Sunrise in bed was great! It was very clean and the decorations were beachy and homey! There were even chairs, shovel, and other "beach" stuff in the closet to borrow. I have stayed in many places and this one was the best!

It has the most awesome view from the 1st floor. Beautiful beach, The mattresses were not very comfortable, especially rollaway bed and sleeper sofa, but the condo was very nice.

We love Garden City area and staying at the Beach House. This was our third time staying at Beach House condos. Beach House 110 was clean, had everything we needed and just a few steps to the beach. Kroger and Walmart is a short drive when you need to get groceries and supplies. You can sit on the living room couch and see the ocean. I recommend staying in this condo.

My husband and I enjoyed our second stay at Surfmaster. This time we were in 1106 which is a nicely furnished and very comfortable 1 bedroom condo. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do and there were lots of games and dvds, etc. to enjoy. We like the quieter pace of Garden City Beach and the condos are well located for any shopping and dining out with many excellent choices nearby. We look forward to renting this unit again.

GCR is truly the best. The crew of the Owner's office is very responsive to concerns and questions and professional, patient, and kind. In the Maintenance department? Dan is the best. Maggie runs a great cleaning team and is always flexible with our needs and requests. You cannot go wrong with GCR.

Overall, it wasn't a bad trip, just had a few issues. When we arrived, our check-in time was well after 6 pm which was very frustrating. The beds in the condo are very loud and uncomfortable. There are no rugs anywhere so any sand brought in sticks to your feet unless you sweep the floor daily.

We had a fabulous week at the Sanderling. The only glitch we had was when we arrived. The house was not clean but a Garden City Realty staff member was on site. Regina was so helpful. She apologized for the mix up and was cleaning herself. She quickly called in additional assistance and the house was spotless in no time. We were all impressed. It would be helpful to know exactly what amenities are provided or not (trash bags, toilet paper, etc), it would also be helpful to know what tv channels are available for sporting events. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous beach week!

This house is in a great location, second row with decent ocean view, close enough to walk to pier and Sam’s Corner, far enough away that it’s pretty quiet. Also right down from public beach access.

We spent Christmas and new years at our three suns and a sea gull and it was great, house has plenty of room with a great view ! We spent plenty of time in the heated pool .
