This is our second year at this location and I have renewed for next year. Great location at the beach with a deck that overlooks the water and provides a windscreen when necessary. Particularly enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs provided by the Condo HOA and located directly on the beach.

Wonderful stress free time in a beautiful home. Realty was very accommodating when our original rental had construction safety issues last minute. This was the first time I have done something like this. It was a great experience. A lot better way to spend a week instead of hotel. It was better than being at home. The condo over looked the beach. What an awesome condo. Yes I will do it again. With kids it was nice for them to come and go when they wanted to. Everything is so close, shopping,eating, and entertainment. The owners did a very nice job choosing colors. The furniture was very comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for a week.

Overall a nicely decorated unit & pleasant stay. Only cons are limited parking spaces (especially tight for trucks) & unreliable in unit internet service (service disconnects periodically throughout day & night for no apparent reason).

We had a great time! the location worked well for us. The deck was my favorite spot!

Williamstown

4th floor, 8 unit building. The condo was spacious, plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor furniture had been upgraded from what was in the pictures. Beds were comfortable (extra blankets available if needed). Having laundry facilities in the unit is always a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. A pantry provided extra space to store grocery items and paper products. Not a criticism but note to future guests, bring your own spices. Sometimes rentals are stocked with many extras for cooking. You never know until you arrive. Our group of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week. It was a bit cool for the pool; however, the pool was well maintained and the property was beautiful.

Comfortable condo overlooking Marlin Quay marina. Beautiful views! Enjoyed the balcony, and proximity to the ocean. Property is very convenient to Hwy 17,and gated for security.

We were very pleased with the condo - unit 602. It was decorated well, clean, alot of upgrades. The only suggestion is that the balcony on the furniture could be updated. Only 3 chairs provided and a table that were white plastic. We noticed other units that had very nice furniture on their balconies.

This home is beautiful, what a great stay, it had plenty of room for the amount of people we had staying. And what a bonus with 2 full size refrigerator's. Would definitely stay again. I think the beds need to be replaced though.

We have stayed in the Surfside/Garden City area many times over the past 20 years, always in a beachfront condo. This was one of the most pleasant visits ever. The condo was nicely furnished--not fancy, but comfortable. A very nice mattress made all the difference! Nothing to complain about. Clean, comfortable, quiet. We will be back to stay in this condo again.

This house was wonderful! As a local who moved away 5 years ago, I was looking for a space where my family that is local to the area could come by and spend time with me during my vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect. We love a pet friendly stay and my 3 year old lab had the best time running around in the backyard. We had beautiful weather for our pool days and spent most of our time here. Highly recommend.
