This place was wonderful. Just a few blocks to the beach. The pool got shade in the afternoon and had comfortable furniture to sit on. House was big enough and the sofas were very comfortable.

Sea Star Realty hit us with lots of surprises and limitations with our rental 2 hours before check in!! We had multiple families traveling at that moment. Lucky we got in touch with Garden City Realty, they made this gem available and had it cleaned and ready in a matter of an hour! The house was great, it suited multiple families and the rental agency went above and beyond for us. Truly appreciate Garden City Realty when Sea Star Realty just fell way short.

We had a great vacation here. One of the major pluses was that the beach is right out the back of the unit. The back balcony overlooks the beach and is shaded most of the day.

Went well as usual . We live this so much, it is our third year. One woman lost her diamond engagement ring. When the pool cleaner found it, he was honest and returned it. This is a great place to stay and I wish we could have stayed longer.

This vacation was a time for my family to reset and relax, before returning to work and school. We loved the porch and short walks to the beach. Dinner time was a little difficult, because chairs were hard. But made it work and joyed our stay.

My family and I stayed in Unit #305 the last week of July, 2019. We absolutely loved the condo. Great location right on the beach. My daughter and I looked forward to having our coffee every morning on the balcony. The condo is clean and in great condition as advertised. The beds were very comfortable. Condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our week there! We will definitely be back!
