It was a fantastic week. The house was perfect. It was clean, organized, and well set up. The beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the pour here daily. The neighborhood was wonderful,. Every evening the kids went outside and we set up games (corn hole, horse shoes, etc). We all made lots of new friends and had a wonderful time.

Excellent , would especially like to recognize Kerry (sp) from maintenance. Our TV in the main living area was not working. He went above and beyond first trouble shooting the situation (made two trips to Spectrum himself) then ultimately meeting Spectrum at the unit making sure the issue was taken care of.

This rental is perfect for families. There's a deck overlooking the beach where I spent most of my time reading and relaxing with the nice ocean breeze. There are two pools and a jacuzzi which my 4 year old daughter loved. We had a family with 1 year old twins in the condo next door, and we never heard them at all. We will definitely stay here again.

Surfmaster 604 is a really nice unit with perfect ocean views! The unit was clean and very comfortable. The ocean front balcony is large and holds two lounge chairs and a table for six. Great building location with the Conch Cafe two blocks up the street. I would rent this unit again!! Garden City Realty was wonderful to work with. The reps couldn't have been nicer!!

305 has been updated significantly and it's very nice. It is outfitted with everything that we needed for our monthly stay. We really enjoyed our stay this year. This is the fourth year that we stayed at surfmaster and this is by far the nicest unit that we've stayed in. We even got a chance to meet the owners Bruce and Joanne, who were very nice and accommodating.

Unit 509 was a very comfortable unit. We stayed a week in May and another week in Sept. I tried to book a 3rd week in Oct for a 10 day stay but it was already booked the week we were going. We did however book another unit at Surfmaster for the Oct trip.
