We have rented this house for 4 years. It is a great house and an awesome location. I wish that the house had better cooking equipment (no cookie sheets) and this year the gas grill was gone which was a huge disappointment for a house that is almost $11,000 per week. Thankfully the rental property brought us a grill. It also needs wine glasses (we always bring our own). We love this house. The pool is beautiful and clean and the house is very comfortable for 13 + people. I wish the downstairs bedroom had a bigger more comfortable bed. Then it would be perfect.

This property management company went above and beyond when our WiFi was not working, they had techs at the door in 24hrs to make sure the problem was resolved! Top notch customer service! We have stayed for a number of years at Surf Master in a number of different units. This year we were in 803 and it was beautiful. The weather for the whole week was wonderful. The last few years we stayed in 103, and it suits us best. It can sleep 10 and there are 8 of us. There is adequate deck furniture and kitchen chairs. So we prefer that unit.

We had a wonderful week. The house was in great shape and matched the pictures. The private pool was so nice, and so
Close the beach. Only issue we had was with the freeze and ice maker not working but after I called they came and fixed it. Definitely will keep this house in mind for our next trip.

We've stayed in this lovely unit for 2 winters, now, and hope to come back again. Very clean,beautifully decorated and what a view!
The staff is one of the best we encountered since coming too this area the past 10 years.

We are returning Surfmaster guests but this was our first stay in Unit 304. Every time you open the front door and step inside, you are greeted with the most beautiful ocean views. The property is exactly as described and we found past reviews helpful. The third floor location of this condo made access easy from the stairs or elevator. Garden City is the perfect location. You can travel north into the heart of Myrtle Beach or travel south and be in Murrells Inlet in 5 minutes. We will return and we look forward to more relaxing days spent just steps from the beach.

We had an enjoyable two months stay at Surf Master, 1105. The condo is very comfortable and close to several restaurants and shopping. The building and grounds personnel do a great job. Genuine Integrity and Concern

Rarely, have we found a business with such genuine integrity and concern for their clients. For the past two years, they have enthusiastically supported us, by donating linens, commission, and cleaning as we donated a week in our condo to raise money for a (local to us) hospital foundation. Additionally, over the past year, their attentiveness and thoughtfulness have eliminated nearly all of our stress. We have been working hard to update our condo and keep it nice for both renters and ourselves. We had many questions and logistical challenges with this as we are 5 hours away. Through it all, Drew, Dan, and Vicky were so accommodating and helpful. They prioritized meetings with us when we were in town. They brainstormed with us to overcome some challenges. They smoothly facilitated major transitions such as appliance replacement, while keeping guests happy. My family and I affectionately refer to them as the "Dream Team." To say we are impressed with Garden City Realty, would be an understatement. They are great people. We count them as friends and wed be lost without them!!
