The unit was great. Everything was as described and pleasantly surprised at updated features. The ONLY issue we had: the representative in the little office downstairs, female blonde with tatts (i have tattoos so just being descriptive), rude on 2 occasions when asking for information. Specifically about a notice for spraying for bugs, as we have a 6 month old learning to crawl. And she was an infertility baby. So a little more cautious than some about exposure. Same lady also rude when asked abour the fireworks ordinance (none as posted on the signs). But they were going off constantly Saturday night. So my daughter asked and was told “what do you want me to do about it, call the sheriff”. Call the sheriff would have been sufficient. Her overall demeanor was not to be disturbed. Other than this, we have discussed returning at some point. Loved the location, the amenities, and the atmosphere.

The rental was in great shape only complaint would be the WiFi could not load personal Disney or Netflix accts., smart tv would not connect .

Great location, near everything.
Rental management stall were great and helpful. Problem with 1 toilet fixed promptly.
Staff wo coordinated rental of linens were excellent.
Only issue is cleaning staff who perpared the house, could have aid mre attn to detail .

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was also well stocked with just about everything needed for one month stay. Unit is roomy and comfortable for 5-7 people. It could use some touch ups in a few areas but none of those impacted our stay. Overall very nice.

Great house, location and cleanliness! Will definitely stay again.
Only feedback for your attention would be to address the mildew smell in the kitchen closet and perhaps get a few pots.

The staff at Garden City Realty was fabulous. The only issues of our trip were the TV in the living room, although we didn't watch much TV, and that the AC upstairs didn't cool quite as much as we'd like. However,the location, house, pool, and everything else was wonderful.

We enjoyed our trip and everything was wonderful!! Only disappointment was the pool was not cleaned. We called to report it but. No one ever came out the week we started. The same sand pile sat in the corner all week. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at the IR house for the week of July 4th. Everything was clean when we arrived and the kitchen had everything we needed....including a crock pot! The family room was very large and our granddaughters had plenty of room to practice and perform their dances. The sunset was perfect over the inlet every evening and the sunrise was beautiful from the front porch. The dock was easy to access for our boat and we had a grand time catching crabs.....plenty to eat. We loved the glass sunroom on the back. We had one small maintenance issue and it was taken care of very quickly. We have already reserved this house for next summer! It was so nice not to have to share bathrooms. The mattresses were the only down of the trip. Next year we will purchase egg crate toppers if they have not been upgraded. It was the perfect house for us, our children, and grandchildren.

This home worked out perfectly for our family's needs.. and the proximity to the beach as well as the Surfside Beach Pier was awesome! We are returning in 2026... can't wait!
