Had a great vacation. Unit overall was very nice. Just needs some TLC. Vertical blinds had lots of slats missing giving it a run down condition look. Blinds did not operate very easily due to lack of maint. and age. Sliding doors were very difficult to move. Understand sea air is hard on the slides but a little cleaning and maintanence goes a long way. Would have been nice to have a few spare light bulbs available and a can of WD-40. Had to swap at least 3 to have appropriate light where needed. Carpet needs a good cleaning, many spots and 2nd bath had an odor like a loose toilet or bad gasket. Only noticed if door was closed for a few hours. Kitchen could use some organizing, realizing lots of people have used it and maybe were responsible. Regular utensils could use an upgrading. Not a butter knife to be found and such a mix match of forks and spoons in a tiny drawer. Could update balcony furniture. Filthy stained cheap plastic chairs and table. Chairs did not even match. All minor issues, but if your going to rent you should maintain things a bit better for eye appeal if nothing else. Overall we did enjoy our stay and managed to overlook the minor issues. Just too many of them not to mention.

Wheeling

This condo has spectacular views. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen is so well equipped. The rooms are all very spacious and comfortable and nicely decorated. Parking was easy. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year. Thanks to Robin at Garden City Realty who was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

We have been coming here to 12 years. We really love it. We usually try to stay 103. The location is our monarch is 102 yrs old.And parking right the door is great help. and the view is great.

Great location, nice pool, beds comfortable. Bring your own knives, theirs are dull. No pizza cutter. Needs some out door maintenance , indoors no towel racks, just hooks on the doors.

We had a very nice time at MB. I love how we can get the best of both worlds by being one block from the ocean and still able to have all the fun of kayaking and fish off of our own dock. Sunsets are spectacular!

The house is very accommodating for the whole family. Great location for boat and easy walk to the beach. Had a problem with the ice machine but rental company was friendly and attempted to get it repaired quickly. Contactless check in & out was very convenient.

Our condo was sparkling clean,updated and well appointed. The complex is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We had the best time from relaxing on the porch facing the ocean to short walk to very beautiful beach. We are already talking about coming back next year. Thank you Garden City Realty for making our stay perfect!

Our experience with the condo was wonderful! We had minor issues with telephone, a missing kettle and a microwave that decided to stop working and the Garden City Realty customer service was excellent. They dealt with all of these issues with no inconvenience to us and to 100% of our satisfaction. I would suggest that the owner invest in minor repairs and changes to make the condo even more appealing. Paint the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom (water stains on ceiling), change the floor under the washer, buy new cutlery and pots and pans. But in spite of that, the condo was spacious, bright, clean with an AWESOME view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely rent it again.
