I have the utmost confidence

I have had a relationship with Garden City Realty owner services for the past six rental seasons. I am more than pleased with the service they have provided. Being a very hands-on owner, I usually have contact with owners services at least once a week. As a long-distance owner, I have the utmost confidence when I have a situation that needs attention, all I have to do is make one phone call, and any issue is resolved in a timely manner. There are many choices in management companies along the grand strand and you would have a hard time finding one better than Garden City Realty owner services.

Great house! My grandkids love the pool and the beach is an easy walk. Excellent layout as far as bedrooms and baths.
Wish they would dredge the canal because it's high and dry at low tide.

The property description was accurate. It was a beautiful unit. It was clean and well maintained.The only downside to the unit was the paper products that were included leaved a lot to be desired, especially the toilet paper. I would recommend the unit to anyone, I would just tell them to bring their own toilet paper.

Surf Master 204 is newly redone. Very nice finishes. Shower in master bath is great. It is handicap accessible. There was no place to hang clothes in the master bedroom but there is drawers and a closet with shelves. We enjoyed our stay there but would prefer a higher floor to get better views.

Very nice 3 bedroom beach front house. Parking can be a problem because others do not observe the 2 car limit. Property management had to be called and was helpful. Garden City Realty Management was very rude, disreprectful and down right unhelpful when we contacted them about the parking issue.

We loved Sunspree! The location was wonderful, so quiet and peaceful. House was very clean and well stocked. Loved the pool area. Family wanting to stay there again!!

Excellent spot, beautiful view, amazing condo! We have always rented houses but there was only our immediate family and not extended like usual so the condo was perfect for us. Despite their concerns for guest over short staffing due to pandemic issues, Surfmaster was safe, well maintained, clean, had a friendly staff and accommodating. Special thanks to Garden City Rental - their updated methods made the transaction from start to finish so painless and super easy with new technology and electronic check in etc. Literally a breeze! We were so impressed with everything! This unit is a gem. The owners have pride and it shows. Thank you for opening your home. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

The condo was just about perfect. Loved having carpet in the bedrooms and living room. Everything was great, with one small exception: the coffee table in the living room had very sharp edges that caught 3 of us in the shins a few times. Would definitely book this unit again!!

Overall,a very good experience. Pool and spa were great. Location great. Parking was very good. Easy walk to the pier. Downside things were minor. The floors were not very clean. Toaster didn't work,but overall a good time was had by all. Thanks. PS Get the spa light fixed.
