We could not have asked for a more wonderful rental experience than Pooh’s Corner and the incredible GCR staff. Bob was beyond words i helping us with details in every way before we arrived. His diligence and communication regarding the inoperable pool and Ian’s storm damage put our minds at ease before arriving. He even went on his day off and took photos of the property! Our check in was also amazing due to the kindness and friendliness of Kathy at the front desk. What a delightful person!
The home was spotless and of course the inlet view always breathtaking. The king bed downstairs was as comfy as ours at home. Thank you Garden City Realty and the owners of this gorgeous home. See you again in Oct.2023. We have already booked!��

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from May 7 thru May 13. The unit was very nicely furnished and clean. The pool deck was SPOTLESS every day. We had no contact with property management after we checked in because we had no problems at all. Fantastic location. Close enough to restaurants, shopping and entertainment but far enough away. Will be back!

We spent a wonderful week at the Surf Master Unit 413! The condo was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless! The floor plan was ideal! The owners provided everything you could possibly need for a great beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys. Linens were also provided and neatly packaged. The entire building was well-maintained. Customer service was excellent. We loved our balcony overlooking the ocean! We enjoyed two great meals at The Conch Café which was a short walk down the beach. The Surf Master is conveniently located close to other restaurants as well as food and drug stores. We had a great week relaxing, reading, walking and truly enjoying beautiful Garden City Beach!

I live a very busy life. I'm a proud wife, mother of two older teenagers, Ouch! Stepmother of two, step grandmother of 5 and a daughter to my father who is 79 years young with dementia. I came here on a whim! with my lovely husband , my precious dear dad and my beautiful daughter. We enjoyed our surroundings here .During my stay I had my nephew and my niece came for a short two nights visit along with my godchildren. My husband and my father stayed only 5 days. My daughter had her a best friend stay 2 nights at the end of the week. Just absolutely adore seeing books here. I'm reading the Power of Being Positive-enjoy being God forever.. By: Joyce Meyer. A very good vacation week at One Ocean Place. The unit was well kept. Very convenient location. One concern. We notified maintenance of a couple of issues. We did not hear anything from them for 48 hours. We called again and we’re told they were addressing more urgent issues. I can understand that but would have liked to have been kept informed as to our status.
