We are here for four months and this is just the first month. The weather could have been a little warmer but guess you can't control that. Since we are here that long, a hand mixer would be nice. The last two years we were here there was one, but it is not here this year. Also a four slice toaster would make breakfast a lot easier. Other than those two things, everything is perfect.

This was our first stay at this condo as well as Garden City. Our condo was very nice with lovely furniture, lots of storage areas, and a well equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus!We would have loved a king sized bed but we managed. The decor was very nice with a beach theme. The balconies are not as private as we would have liked but that is the builder's fault and not the owner's. We spent the month of February and it went way too fast!

The house was above all expectations. Location was optimal and we definitely enjoyed our week spent here. Great company, honest and very friendly people.

Jean is one of the best!

Jean has been a longtime friend and found a home for myself and my late husband years ago. She has been actively proactive in assisting me to find a new home and we finally did. She is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure to work with. This is my 4th home settlement and Jean was by far the best! I know how hard Realtors work as my dad was a Realtor who sold large farms and residential parcels. Your realty company should be proud of what Jean brings to her clients everyday!

The unit was very nice and we enjoyed staying there for 10 days.
Only suggestion we have to make it better would be to replace the sofa and loveseat. They are not comfortable due to worn springs or something. They did have 2 recliners that we used instead so it all worked out for 2 people.
We will stay there again.

It was our second year staying in Garden Sands 201 and renting through Garden City Realty. Our rental experience was effortless . Our condo was beautiful and in a beautiful location.

This is our second year staying at Murray's Inlet Shack and we loved it. We have already reserved the house for next year and are counting the weeks! The only thing wrong was that I could only find one outdoor receptical for my ice cream maker.

Checking in was a dream. Drew was fantastic!!! The condo was beautifully decorated. And was above and beyond equipped with every thing one could ask for. Louann and Dave supplied it as though it was their home. As though they lived there full time. We were very impressed. Of course we have known them for 30 years.

The rental unit was decorated and well kept. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful condo and the wonderful view. Just a few things that maybe could be reviewed is a TV in the second room would have been nice for my children. The palmetto bugs gave us a scare because my son found one in his suitcase on his shirt and they liked to crawl on the deck at night. I guess that this is common. All in all we enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with Beach House 317.

Unit was 3 BR - larger than we needed but we took it as our choice was limited as we decided to return to Garden City this year on short notice
It was a very nice well kept unit with all amenities as promised. Very satisfied and will hopefully be back next year.

Out of the house and straight into the sand. Perfect. Lulled to sleep by the sea each night. Watch dolphins from the deck. I prefer the quaint older small beach house to the fancy modern with pool overpriced houses being built now.
