House was a great location and spacious for our large group. Nice covered porch on the back with views and sounds of the ocean. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool but mostly the beach. House was clean but could use a little updating and maintenance. We would have liked 2 refrigerators because we had a large group and mainly cooked in.

Mary took our calls, responded in a thoughtful manner, and assisted us with our trip insurance contacts. Any time we have needed someone from Garden City Realty to help in any way, they are always there!

We have rented this unit 3 times and it never disappoints. The view is spectacular. This was our first visit post covid and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Property staff are very helpful and friendly.Overall a wonderful stay!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at the unit. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. All appliances worked perfectly and were spotless. You will not find a place that sits closer to the beach in Garden City. Super easy beach access for trips back inside. The out door shower comes in very handy for washing off sand and salt. This is basically a beach house without the beach house price. Parking is tight but manageable. We hope to stay here again! Really enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty!

Mentor on the Lake

this is our 2nd year in unit 210 and we love that condo. we love the view and the short trip to the beach or to our cars. the only issues we had, were that 2 TV's located in 2 of the smaller bedrooms did not work. they were either stuck on one channel, or did not work at all. and we could not get one of the sliding glass doors in the living room open (facing left to the north). also, some of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were stuck and we either could not open them or close them. but with the exception of the dated kitchen, the rest of the unit is roomy, bright and cheery, decorated for a wonderful vacation by the ocean!

House was clean, roomy for a party of 8 and across the street from beach access. The fridge was too small for a house of that size, so daily grocery trips were necessary. There was also a dorm size fridge upstairs that fit a few items. Grocery stores were only a few minutes by car though

The unit was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 5. Everything was provided for our stay except for the ocean side door key but that was rectified on Monday with the addition of a keyless lock.

This condo is great! The beds sleep wonderful, the curtains in the living room block out the light really good when you want to rest, it’s a lot bigger than the pictures make it look. We will definitely be back to this unit.

We rented 13 cottages in Wachesaw for my daughter’s wedding. This cottage was perfect. Great location for walking back and forth to the venue and we enjoyed watching tennis being played outside our screened porch. Would rent again!

Columbia

South Carolina was the family destination for this year's Thanksgiving and we selected the Beach. Sixteen family members ages 9 - 89 and we had a wonderful time of fellowship. Heaven Can Wait was a perfect location and we were all satisfied. Our only complaint was that we packed many things that the house already had stocked. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes etc. When preparing all meals for 16 folk you needs a lot of stuff and the house had it all. Everyone loved it lots of room, easy access to the beach, we are considering it for another family vacation spot.

Thankfully, Hurricane Imelda changed her mind and her direction at the very last minute. The rental manager sent regular updates about the weather and answered all questions as we nervously planned our trip. A beautiful space and the perfect view--as close as you can be and not in the water! Property was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you'd need to prepare a full meal. It's located in a quite area south of Myrtle Beach, but close enough to drive there for attractions--which is what we wanted--but with several good restaurants within a mile or two. Beds were comfortable and property was kept clean. Great pool and easy entrance from beach and from parking. We loved the easy entrance with NO keys! Thank you for the much-needed relaxing week with no complaints.
