The staff has always been nothing but exceptional. 

OMG, we are so excited to come this year more than any other year. We have always truly enjoyed spending our vacations there. This year is very special for us. Number one is that we are treating all five of our daughters and the grandchildren that still live at home to this vacation, all expenses paid. They just have to get there. All of them are so excited, some have never been to the beach, and this will be their first time. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to do this for our children and grandchildren. It is also Perry and my 35th wedding anniversary. We have a group chat going now that has the vacation on a count-down. Can't wait.

Thank you for being our best vacation spot. The staff has always been nothing but exceptional. Very helpful in all aspects of our trips there over the years. From reserving, the stay and all the way to the beach.

Check in was simple, the condo was beautiful with a perfect location. You can hear the bands from the pier. This is exactly where we wanted to be!

He is an outstanding technician!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes.

He had excellent manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job.

I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house.

My family and I stayed here early August and everything was perfect! Upon arrival we had a small minor issue with one bathroom door handle and maintenance took care of that right away! This property is clean and a lot bigger than we expected. And the location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach! We rented a golf cart to get around places and nothing is too far, which is another plus! We all enjoyed our time here and we will definitely re-book this place!!

This unit was nicely equipped and easily accessible being on the first floor. The view from the deck was fantastic and you can hear the ocean waves from virtually anywhere in the Unit. Unit was clean and well cared for. Access using key pad was easy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The condo is nice. The kitchen could use an update. Our big issue was no instructions on how to operate the TV. Every time we tried, things seemed to work differently. I'm sure it was a good service but we couldn't figure it out. So we wound up watching whatever we could access at the time. Also there were only 3 plastic chairs and a table on the balcony. The condo could sleep 8 so a few more chairs or loungers would be appreciated. The access to the gates to the pool and the beach only being available on your phone was very annoying. Some guests had swipe cards that were much more convenient. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathrooms werevery nice.

It was a great place! Fairly new updates and was very clean. The only things noted were there was no vacuum to get up the sand, no scissors in the kitchen, and the balcony floor needs replaced.
