My husband and I have rented a condo at Surfmaster twice before, so we know how beautiful the view is, how accommodating the rental staff is, how enjoyable the stay will be. Condo 711 was beautiful, clean, well stocked, and centrally located. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Would recommend highly!  Always responsive and helpful.  Knows his area well and was always willing to answer any questions we had, and even offer insight on things we didn't know to ask.  Took time to understand what we wanted and helped us find a great property to fit our needs.  He made the process easy for us as well.

The Lazy "O" is beautiful! Well maintained, very clean, great location. Would love to stay there again. We needed help with operating the TV in the great room. Scott from Garden City Realty expertly and patiently showed us how the TV worked. The next day, while I was outside in the driveway, he stopped by (on his way to a call) and asked if all was still well with the TV. You can't beat that for going above and beyond in providing great customer service! Upon my return home, I thought I had left my cell phone charger. I called GCR, spoke to Diane, who did everything she could to help me. As it turned out, I found my charger; I had not left it after all. But, Diane, just like Scott, went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to help me. GCR will indeed get my business in the future!

Prosperity

Great vacation home, especially for the elderly. It is handicap accessible with elevator and handicap bathroom facilities. Our family enjoys fishing on the inlet and the view is FOREVER!

We had a wonderful time, weather was great, enjoyed long walks on the beach everyday, visits with fishermen on the pier, fireworks along the beach almost every night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Only regret was the immediate distance to the public could get a bit crowed in front of our rental.

I enjoyed my stay in Unit 613 at Surf Master. The view was amazing and the Garden City Reality Office there on the property was very helpful in anything I needed.

Overall it was very good. The only exception was we think the kitchen floors had. It been properly cleaned. They were dirty spots (very visible) in the kitchen and a couple of pieces of bacon in the floor under the table. We have stayed in this condo for 4 years and love it there, just think the cleaning crew were in a hurry that day.

This condo was one of the nicest we’ve rented! The view was amazing! Watched the sun rise each morning and even watched the super moon rise over the Atlantic! The master bed was so comfy! Very roomy and decorated so nicely! Will definitely stay again!

The best part about this unit is the huge balcony overlooking the beach. The panoramic view is visible from the open living areas as well as the master bedroom. The first morning I opened my eyes and was treated to a beautiful sunrise. We also enjoyed a double rainbow, an intense storm at sea, parasailers, dolphins, fireworks, etc. The unit is convenient to the elevator, car, and beach access. The beach in front of the condo is not as crowded as other areas of the beach. Social distancing was no problem on the beach or in the common areas. Unit is clean. Good beds, linens, kitchen, showers, etc. The only negative was a large pile of dirty sheets that housekeeping didn't pick up until day 3 (reason for 4 stars.) Check in/out was very easy. Would recommend!

We could not have slected a better facility for our vacation stay. The amenities were great. The view was spectacular, the unit was very spacious, and had almost all the comforts of home. The only thing that I would change would be an update of the televisions. We were there during the football season, and as fans of the sport, larger, more updated TVs would have been great.
We would certainly love to spend another vacation in this unit, and strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a beautiful rental in Myrtle Beach.
