We love One Ocean Place. We have stayed there many years for our vacations. The unit was well decorated and clean. The only challenges we faced were in the kitchen. We had to open the sliding door to cook breakfast meats on the oven to keep the smoke detector from going off. There is shortage of sharp knives and the oven is very hot. You have to be careful in all cooking. However, once we bought some knives and learned the nuances of the oven, everything was fine. Would stay there gain.

We have stayed at Atalaya Towers for many years. This was the first year we have stayed in 703. This is a great room. You can tell that they really take pride in their unit. There are so many small details that are covered. They have a fully stocked unit with ANYTHING you can imagine to need. They even had china and a crock pot. We have never stayed in a unit so clean and taken care of. We will be back!

The Girls in Owner Services are Superb

Garden City Realty has managed my property for at least ten years, I have been very pleased with them, they are very professional and courteous, The Girls in Owner Services are superb. My daughter and I and her two young grandchildren arrived at the condo around 7:30 P.M. on a Saturday evening to find my key would not work, it seemed to have gotten bent, she was almost in panic mode, I called GCR, their guy came in a matter of minutes and let us in, gave us a key and the next day brought more keys. If you are looking for a rental agent I would highly recommend them, they have done an excellent job of renting my property.

I was very happy with my stay at this property. It was clean and in a very good spot. Eloise(my dog) very much enjoyed her beach walks everyday and all we had to do was walk out of the cul de sac, across the road and there we both were in heaven!! I was traveling alone and I felt very secure and loved how peaceful the development was.

This was the most incredible home we have ever stayed in for a family vacation. After the first day we all decided we would be booking this home again for next year. Sitting on the back porch looking at the ocean was a highlight for everyone. From ages 1-60 everyone in our group loved this home and we are looking forward staying for years to come.

2020 Has been a crazy year with Covid so we were a little skeptical about going this year! Been coming here every summer for 30 years! We at first had a condo rental but after finding out about the shared pools being closed Garden City was nice enough to let us switch to Seagrass without a cancellation fee.The house is nicer than it looks Very clean and well kept Brand new pool was great.House close to everything we needed! Little marsh area very interesting behind house ALOT of wild creatures to watch including a little alligator AC was super cold Plenty of room for alot of people and parking I reccomend highly!!Especially for value!!
