It was nice, two problems the A/C was not equal, if you tried to get the living room cool the bedrooms were like freezers, the dishwasher needs replacing when open the door goes to the floor, we washed dishes by hand. I did leave my good pillow down there but not going back to get it.we had good time friends that own condo 22 were down.

Staying at Garden City was wonderful - My favorite part was the sunrises every morning and sometimes we saw dolpfins. We loved condo 605!! 3 Bedrooms is so nice and that King bed was great for sleeping!! Perfect spot for us and the place was so clean and inviting - just having a bullet for us for our smoothies was so appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked with items we use everyday. Thanks for the games and puzzles for rainy days!!
We especially liked Garden City - that it was not as crowded as other places that time of year and that it has a indoor pool and whirlpool!! The hotel staff were wonderful and kept the place so clean. When I was walking the stairwells of exercise - they were even sweeping the stairwells to make it tidy and clean!!

we were able to check in earlier than expected -that was a big PLUS. The weather was really windy & thunderstorms so we sat on the balcony & watched it all happen! 3 chairs blew into the pool! We had 4 tall bar chairs & a table on the balcony and could still move around without anyone having to move. The place was great-everything nice & clean & plenty of room.

The rental was perfect. We enjoyed the entire stay. It was very clean and we'll stocked with kitchen supplies. Staff was fantastic and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Spent spring break with my mother and 2 daughters (12 years & 8yrs). The place was perfect. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing. Right at the beach and so peaceful. We will definitely be back.

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. This was the third time we rented a vacation rental at Seamaster Condos. The last two summers we have stayed in the same condo. We love the location. Because it is beside a public beach access and it wheelchair friendly with parking and elevators. Our rental was as described with beautiful views with ocean front location. Last year the condo had obviously been updated and was for sale during our stay. We were told that it sold and it appeared the new owners were a little lacks in the up keep. The ceiling in front bath had damage with Sheetrock falling off from what Appeared to be a roof leak, the pullout couch was broken and stained. and not usable. This cause us to have one person sleeping on the couch that was not long enough for a person to sleep comfortably. Beds were comfortable. Hot water was not working in kitchen sink. And the kitchen could use more kitchen items and less glassware. Not even a measuring cup available. Our family enjoys cooking some during the week. Also may need to touch up walls from scuffs and replace bedspreads. During our stay the complex was replacing sprinkler systems. The noise of tools and dodging workers and pipes was a little inconvenient but not bad. However, they blocked off most of the parking which is limited anyway and made for some stressful time finding places to park and to unload our daughter in her wheel chair. Maybe they should do work like that when it’s winter - not the week of Labor Day. We will be back! We are comfortable at Seamaster.

Fort Lawn

We had a very relaxing time. Enjoyed the inlet. Fishing and crabbing in our own little backyard. Should add a couple of small tables of some sort on the back and front porch to sit your drinks. Overall a nice place! Enjoyed our stay.

Your house is lovely, clean, comfortable. The only problem that I saw was the pots and pans. They really need to be replaced. Everything else was very nice.

It was a wonderful vacation! The weather was great! We had very little rain. The house was beautiful! I do wish they had a better grill and the freezer made very little ice so we had to buy ice but everything else was great! The view was Spectacular!
