Enjoyed my recent 4 Night stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and parking was great. My only regret was not booking directly with Garden City Realty. I used VRBO initally and got charged a booking fee with them and Garden City. For my next visit I will book directly with Garden City because I have used them numerous times on previous trips.

this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)

By the second day of our stay we were feeling right at home! The front porch was where we spent a lot of time in the very comfortable porch swing. The rooms are large and airy with lots of windows and nice shades. All room decore was really homey and tasteful. The kitchen appliances large and small were great! Plenty of towels and bedding were provided. Large washer and dryer very useful. We hated to leave and hope to stay here again!

#711 has always been our favorite unit in Surfmaster over the past 14 years. We were lucky enough to get it this year and it is still a very well kept condo. The only addition I would like to see would be a regular toaster and coffee maker rather than a toaster oven and Keurig machine. All the furnishings are in great shape, but the dryer may be starting to go bad. GCR was great to work with as always.

Because of Hurricane Dorian, Garden City Realty had to give us other choices about our week of lodging. My husband and I chose A Place at the Beach 3F, and what a superb choice it was!

The condo seemed to have been freshly done, and the oceanfront view made it that much more spectacular!

Garden City Realty was quite accommodating since we had packed sheets to fit the bed at the other place we were supposed to stay at no extra charge.

We all enjoyed the property. My only concern was the amount of ants and ant hills in the backyard. Ants were crawling around the pool all the time.

Had a wonderful time again this year at Whalecome Inn! Great location, great view, comfortable furnishings and great pool. We had some issues with the right size sheets and a broken bedframe but both issues were taken care of. Already booked for next year!

We have stayed in the Thomas House for 10 + years. We come down every year for two weeks in June. We love it here. This was the cleanest the house ever was. We love the privacy being so far down on Waccamaw. The only trouble we had was the new check in. We waited all day even after 4:30 with now call. However when we went to check in anyway, our keys were ready. The line was still wrapped around the parking lot.
