You have a firework policy posted but no one follows the policy and the security staff do nothing to even enforce it. With small babies and toddler sleeping having large mortor shells going off right in front of the condo is frightening. Please do something to stop this.

I loved the room an the deck also kitchen was well stocked. The mgr was very helpful because the week we were down there un known to manger there was construction starting same time which involved a very loud jack hammer right outside our door they were fixing railings omg soo loud it went on off an on for two days on our side the mgr was kind an refunded one day stay I appreciate that felt like should have been two from the noise that was coming thru wall but he was very empathic.. I loved room only suggestion I have is please get rid of those plastic blinds there were many missing an some were barely attached maintenance said it's a ongoing issue if they would switch to reg sliding curtains it would be so much nicer an keep more light out in morning when trying to sleep an easier to get on an off deck an open an close. Other than those two things I would stay again very nice room an view!!!! Thank you.

The entire family loves coming to this house for our annual family reunion. The private pool is a favorite feature, as well as the close location to the beach. Our only request would be new mattresses for some of the rooms.

The view from our oceanfront balcony was stunning, as always.

We rented a three-bedroom condo at the Surf Master for three nights over the New Year's holiday through Garden City Realty. We had stayed at the Surf master some years ago and were pleasantly surprised at how nicely the condo's kitchen, living room, and bedrooms had been updated. 

We had issues with the TV in the living room during our stay and the heat. Maintenance responded promptly, and we received some compensation for the trouble. Garden City Realty handled everything well.

We enjoyed our stay, and we'll be back!

We've used Garden City before, and will use them again. Their office personnel are great, and their properties are very clean and well maintained. One caveat: You should plan to get access to your rental property closer to 5:00-5:15, rather than their policy check-in time of 4:00.

We discovered the first day at the rental that the clothes washer did not work (it would not move through the cycles). We reported this to the management company. No one came to check out the washer. Other than this problem we enjoyed our stay. We would come back if we were assured that the washer was repaired. Thanks. M. Clifton

For the most part my rental was great. There were a few issues like the elevator repair and that the condo needs upkeep repairs and updating and notifications needing to be sent when major work in the building need to be forwarded to the renters. But in all it was a good vacation and a place to return next year.

I had doubts about staying on the first floor adjacent to the hot tub but decided to take a chance. The condo is very beautifully furnished with extremely nice art work and had everything needed for the week. My wife is a HGTV watcher and decided the owner must have had the place "staged." I found the furniture comfortable and the bed provided support for good night's sleep. We have stayed at Surf Master for over thirty years and this was the first time we booked the same apartment for next year before we checked out. A "well done"is extended to the owners.

Very nice room with excellent views of the beach. One major need in our opinion is a wheelchair ramp at the street end of the property near elevators. Very difficult to always go to the back of the property then all the way to front to catch the elevators.
