We had a wonderful time! After climbing the steps for ten days we are in much better shape.The parking could be better and getting in and out of the bed was a problem because the room was too small. However could not have asked for a better place. Enjoyed our view !!!

Our family was incredibly happy to be back in Garden City after spending the past two years at Cherry Grove. Garden City Realty staff was outstanding in guest services. There were a couple of issues, but we were more than satisfied with how everything was handled.Rental property location was excellent and property owners have put the $$$ in the outside amenities. Pool,lounging areas,huge covered dock, plus
floating dock were exactly what we wanted. Furniture in living room needs cleaning, especially white fabric sofa. Finish on hardwood floors are in rough shape. Bathrooms are very small, especially stand alone shower is
tiny. But, overall workable.Weekly rental rate is a lot, so I expect a lot in return. Would rent this house again, if properly cleaned.

We had a great stay at this home!! Had so many amenities and was well kept. Loved all of the views from all of the decks. The only thing I would recommend is an outside shower or hose off area to rinse off from the beach. Other than that we cannot wait to stay again next year!!

We were pleased to see the new carpeting and furniture in our condo. Have to say to did seem cleaner this year than in years past BUT more of a cockroach problem than any other year. We enjoy using the outside grill but it is in need of a good cleaning/repair. We will be returning next year...the view is breath taking, we really enjoy the pool and our own private piece of the beach.

We were very satisfied with our week stay at Seacamp. We are now spoiled on beach house verses a condo! The location is great, very relaxing but close to stores and pop onto highway to the attractions. We found the rental be clean. They have full size washer and dryer on first floor which I could not see on the vital tour, but was listed. We list a short list of items ; such as couple light bulbs burnt out etc that no one would really know if they weren't there for very long. The reality handle our reservations very professionally. This property is week stocked! There is : iron and full size ironing board, 2 toasters, 2 coffe pots, a blender, a griddle, full set of pots and pans, MATCHiNG dishes for the large crowd, ample drink ware and silverware, feather pillows, extra blankets, clothes hangers, bath mats, a laundry basket, picnic tables, grill with gas in it, enough lawn chairs, and best of all an ice maker that kept up with demands of quantity of guests. The only thing I can think of that would make this rental house any better was If the complete linden package was included! Don't just recommend it to your friends, take them with you- there is plenty of room. One of the greatest things for me was the bedrooms were all equally nice with comfortable queen beds. No one fighting over the "master" suite. Depending on size of vehicles, you can shuffle six cars in the parking area. We even suffered a jelly fish sting- the owners had a kit for that right on site in the big kitchen pantry! Thanks for a relaxing week at myrtle beach.

We had a great stay. The unit was extremely clean which I was very thankful for. The location is perfect. Not a far walk from the beach at all. The only 2 complaints I have are the beds are super uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep well the whole week. And only allows 1 parking pass and parking was a little rough if having to park underneath.

Condo was very nice. Great views and location. Very clean and a lot of space. Balcony was big but needs new furniture. Overall was very happy there even though Tropical Storm Idalia paid us a visit. Would definitely stay there again.

THE ORIGINAL CONDO ( A 1 BEDROOM) WE RENTED TURNED OUT TO BE COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY OLD WORN OUT AND DIRTY. (DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES ON INTERNET). ATER WE MADE THE OFFICE AWARE OF OF THIS, THEY QUICKLY GAVE US A 2 BR CONDO WHICH WAS NEWLY RENOVATED, SPOTLESS AND BEAUTIFUL. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR WEEKS STAY AFTER THE MOVE. THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL OFFICE STAFF.
