The property was very clean, this was a great place for me and my family. The beach was right down the street we walked there and back. When I had to get in touch with the property manager it was very convenient and they had really good customer service! Overall it was a great vacation for my family!

House was great,up to date ,you could see ocean and close to cross walk( but people don't stop almost hit 2 times in 4 days).everything work. Bob was great,l call him 3 or 4 times still told me call anytime. Missing in housekeep was great I left item in room she had someone to get it and call me back within hour .

Surfmaster 910 was beautifully decorated and had great views. It was comfortable and clean. Great internet, but could have used a TV in the second bedroom. The master bedroom shower only had lukewarm water. We reported this to the mannager and waited a day for someone to show up. The next day, I reported it again, and finally someone did come, but had to get parts and did not repair it until the fourth day of our stay. When the repair was complete, the tap dripped constantly.
We loved Brookgreen gardens, the Tanger outlet, and the minigolf nearby.

Weather was perfect. This condo needs a new couch - it was very very uncomfortable. A little outdated also. I have stayed here several times and this was the worse one that I have been in.

We really enjoyed our stay! There was more than enough room and being right on the beach was wonderful! We were worried about the parking bc our family came into town at different times but we were able to fit 4 regular size cars/SUV’s on one side of the duplex! It was within walking distance of the Garden City pier! There is public beach access right next to the duplex so there were more people on the beach due to that being so close. The police patrolled the area and beach a lot so that made us feel very safe, we really appreciated that especially with 2 small kids! I saw one review that mentioned the band from the pier...they did have a band playing each night that you could hear most in the master bedroom but the pier closed at 11:00 every night so it wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the music each night! The porch and rocking chairs were one of our favorite things about the house! A wonderful place to spend time with your family and enjoy all the beach has to offer!! Thank you for sharing it with us!!
