We enjoyed our fabulous view.The room was clean and decorated very cute. It was a great location. It was a little warmer than my A/C at home, I would recommend the owners keep some floor fans there to help circulate some air. Other than that it was good.

Norm Clay was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was referred to us by a friend and from start to finish he was there advocating for the best outcome. The single family home we sold was a rental property. The day our renters left Norm met us at the property, we discussed market trends, the current condition of the property, value of the home, what upgrades would benefit us in a sale and the realistic return on investment. My wife and I performed 90% of the work with specialists performing the other 10%. Norm provided referrals for contractors in specialized areas like granite, attorney’s and HVAC. Our house had 2 offers the first day and was under contract after a short negotiation process. Closed in under 45 days without a hitch! My wife and I would absolutely use Norm Clay with Garden City Realty again and will refer friends and family to him.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Starboard. The bedrooms, kitchen and living areas certainly met our needs. The community pool is lovely and the house location is very nice. The beach access is literally right across the road. We did a lot of cooking during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The enclosed garage area was appreciated from a security and storage standpoint.

My only gripe is that the layout of the house is a little different as there are several bedrooms on the first floor and then the main living area and kitchen are on the second floor so you do a lot of stair-packing with groceries. Parking space is also very limited, especially if you drive larger trucks or SUVs that won't fit into the garage.

Overall, our stay was very satisfactory and we'd consider renting this property again.

I was very happy with my stay at this property. It was clean and in a very good spot. Eloise(my dog) very much enjoyed her beach walks everyday and all we had to do was walk out of the cul de sac, across the road and there we both were in heaven!! I was traveling alone and I felt very secure and loved how peaceful the development was.

We stayed at the Thomas House the first week of Sept.This house has plenty of room for a large family. Loved how close the beach is to the house! Very nice closed in ocean front sitting room. Loved it so much, I have reserved it for same time,next year. Great rates for the amount of bedrooms available. Would have liked to have had a grill available and maybe a TV in the bedrooms with the queen beds. Nice location to grocery stores.

Excellent spot, beautiful view, amazing condo! We have always rented houses but there was only our immediate family and not extended like usual so the condo was perfect for us. Despite their concerns for guest over short staffing due to pandemic issues, Surfmaster was safe, well maintained, clean, had a friendly staff and accommodating. Special thanks to Garden City Rental - their updated methods made the transaction from start to finish so painless and super easy with new technology and electronic check in etc. Literally a breeze! We were so impressed with everything! This unit is a gem. The owners have pride and it shows. Thank you for opening your home. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very clean when we arrived. Awesome floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and glassware. The pool and hot tub overlook the ocean. Close to stores and restaurants. The condo was very spacious for my family of five. We will stay there again!!
