Other than this condo being in the middle of two godawful highrises - the location was great for walking to/from the pier, Causeway pizza, Conch Cafe, etc. Murrel's is a short drive for great seafood. This is the first condo we've stayed in at GC (and we've stayed in several)that had actual comfy living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet time of year - we had a great time!

Location was perfect. Apartment was very well supplied with accessories (pots, pans, griddle, iron, flatware, dishes, measuring spoons, etc.). Some furnishings were a bit dated and the interior doors would not lock. The location in the complex was great and our stay there was well worth while.

Me and My Family always stay at Garden City every year sometimes twice a year and this was our first stay at the Beach House 110. We loved that it was two bedrooms and two bathrooms along with washer and dryer the only thing I frowned upon was we rented a golf cart for the first time and u cannot keep it at ur place at all and that was a disadvantage to us but other than that it was a great 5 day stay .

We had a big family gathering for Thanksgiving and the Thomas House was just what we needed. Lots of room and right on the front beach. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.

This was our third year staying in penthouse I at Surf Master. We enjoy the location and amenities. The unit had been updated this year with a new kitchen, paint and extra cooling in the den area. The views from the 10th floor are incredible and the large deck area with a jacuzzi make it a great place to sit and relax if you want privacy. The three bedrooms and baths are a good fit for our children and grandchildren. I'm sure we will be back again next year.

October finds my siblings, our spouses and I at the beach for a week. Time to regroup, rest, and reminisce about our childhood, life now, and Grandchildren. Our parents introduced the love of the surf to us as children, and when they were here with us we hauled them along with us. They have since passed and we have and will continue this tradition. It’s always a happy week with lots of love and laughter! We look forward to it every year. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. We were all stiff by end of week from what is on the beds now. Loved everything else about the house. We stayed there in 2006. The kitchen was much better stocked then, anything you wanted to cook the appliances and cookware were there to do it with. That has depleted somewhat now - but we made it through the week easily. Cooked in all week to keep from being out and about in what I pray is an end of the Covid-19 pandemic. New mattresses would make this place just perfect. I hope to see that update next years property description!

This is our 2nd winter rental in this unit. The bed in the master bedroom is awesome! There is plenty of storage. The 1st half of the condo gets all of the heat and the 2nd half is colder. There is a light in the outside hallway that prevents the 2nd bedroom from getting totally dark. Furniture is comfortable and everything is clean. They added a smart TV this year which was a great add. The Condo management in 2021 allowed mail and packages delivered and stopped it in 2022, so it is a little inconvenient. I would stay here again!

This property was everything we hoped it would be! It handled all of our needs from the elevator to having plenty of space to spend time with family playing games and fun in the sun at the gorgeous pool! I highly recommend this property the views are amazing and the home is a 10.
