The staff at Garden City Realty were awesome! Friendly, efficient, helpful, professional every time I talked with them. We were booked one week after Hurricane Ian left a mess in the streets and the staff stayed in touch letting us know exactly when our rental unit was ready for our arrival. The condo at One Ocean Place was perfect for our week oceanfront - clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Easiest check-in and out we have experienced anywhere. Highly recommend Garden City Realty!

Great property and condo.
Only complaint is master bedroom bed was like laying on the floor. I had to buy a air mattress to be able to sleep. Main room furniture was very uncomfortable. When sitting on the furniture you would sink down in the couch or love seat.
But with that said the property and condo were great and would stay there again.

My wife and I checked in at One Ocean Place (210) on April 11, 2015 for a week. My sister and brother-in-law stayed with us for the first 3 nights. All in all we had a nice time. Listed below are the pros and cons of our stay.

Pros:
Great location.
Plenty of seats in living room for everyone.
Every bedroom has a TV with remote.
Condo was clean.
Plenty of seats out on the balcony.
Easy parking with lots of spaces during the off season.
Very quiet during our stay.

Cons:
Tub in the 3rd bedroom with the twin beds barely drains at all.
Windows in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms should be replaced. They don't seal out the road noise from the main beach road much better than if the window was open.
Need some steak knives and a paring knife in the kitchen.
The two red recliners in the living room have about used up their shelf life and should be replaced. Cushions on them are very thin and uncomfortable. Their appearance isn't bad though.

We would stay there again, but would hope the stated items would be fixed/added/replaced for all the guests (and owners).

Had another wonderful time in Surfside for our Family vacation. Although we dealt with some restrictions because of the Pandemic, we had a fabulous time. The house was great and would definitely stay there again. Very short walk to the beach.

The property was very nice. As always we love the location. However, for the renovations that were just done, they are beautiful but if I were the owner I would definitely be unsatisfied as some of the renovations were sloppy. There was paint drips on the wall but overall very nice.

This was my second stay and I reserved again next year. The unit is in a great location to enjoy the many attractions between Myrtle Beach and Georgetown. And it's also a great place to stay, relax and enjoy the beach, or just sit on the porch or balcony and enjoy the views.
Appreciate the updates that the owner makes to keep it comfortable and accommodating (though it would be nice to have the carpet and some of the extra furniture removed). And grateful for Garden City Realty's response to all inquiries and requests. It makes a vacation a vacation.
