We had a rocky start to our stay which could have been avoided if someone had told us about the elevator key to penthouse floor---we spent 45 min riding up and down before we were able to get to our floor the first night we arrived---after that everything
was wonderful. I would definitely go back.Also parking garage alittle funny to navigate, so parked on bottom floor and avoided any problems.

We have stayed at Surf Master many times over the years as the property is in a great location and the condominiums have been wonderful. This is our 3rd time staying in 606. We were surprised by the updates, that were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return soon. As an aside, Garden City Realty is great to deal with and we always book through them. They are the only property management company where our room was provided earlier than 4 PM. Sure, there have been years where it wasn't released until 4 PM, but there have been several times that we received access at noon. Prior to using Garden City Realty, I had never received early access to a room. It's a real bonus when this happens.

We have been coming to Garden City Beach for the Thanksgiving week with all our family since 2006. As the grandchildren were born, we needed a larger house and have rented many houses in different areas. This year Seascape has filled our needs and made all of us very comfortable. For such a large house, it is quiet. My son came to the living area one morning thinking that he was the first one up since he heard no happy voice. Surprise you are the last one up! We are not a quiet family, but he could not hear us upstairs in the bedroom. The house itself is well maintained, plenty of technology, large enough kitchen for our cooks and baker. We had a few maintenance problems, but one phone call brought a solver within hours. The charcoal bbq is beautiful and with the picnic bench right there, we enjoyed grilled appetizers, fish, oysters and roasting marshmallows. With no pool nearby, we were more comfortable with the safety of the children. Being on the beach is fantastic! We dug holes, made castles, flew kites and played flashlight tag at night.
So pleased are we that we have reserved Seascape for next Thanksgiving already!

This condo is a five star! Clean, beautifully decorated and the view from inside and on the balcony was spectacular. Beds were comfortable and the condo was very well supplied. Keep going back to the view...was enjoyable anywhere you were in the shared living areas. Highly recommended!

The home was beautifully decorated with a "Coastal" theme. The rooms were all spacious and there was plenty of parking. Due to the weather, it would have been nice if the pool was heated. We will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Penthouse D was in good condition when we arrived for our stay. The only complaint was that the hot tub was stuck on 104 degrees. We could not adjust the temperature. When the maintainence guy came to check on it he said he could not fix it and it wouldn't be fixed before we left which it wasn't. He did however let the owners know about the problem but we didn't hear anything from them during our week long stay. We just ended up pulling the breaker out and letting the hot tub cool down to a lower temp then put the breaker back in to heat it up again. We have stayed in Penthouse D before two years ago and didn't have any problems. The hot tub thing was the only problem, everything else was ok.

A wonderful family experience. Fishing was phenomenal! Location was perfect for us. Not being on the main road made everything much more relaxing. The floors were a bit dirty, but not bad enough to complain. The maintenance man’s (Buddy) side comment was offensive to my wife and I, but again that’s not Garden city’s fault. Overall, we loved our vacation home and are booking it again as soon as possible if that tells you anything!
