I loved the layout of the house. Traveling with teenagers, they were able to stay in the lower level and had a sitting area where they could play their video games. Left the adults to the living area upstairs with TV.

Love the condo. Very well maintained . Glad owners put new patio furniture on balcony. But when myself and other tenants open the balcony door it loud when opening and closing . Hard to do both. May need attention

Overall it was a great Vacation. The only downside had nothing anyone could control and that was the weather.
The Duplex was clean and updated with plenty of room. The 2 downstairs bedrooms needed closets but we made do.

Other than this condo being in the middle of two godawful highrises - the location was great for walking to/from the pier, Causeway pizza, Conch Cafe, etc. Murrel's is a short drive for great seafood. This is the first condo we've stayed in at GC (and we've stayed in several)that had actual comfy living room furniture. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very quiet time of year - we had a great time!

Marsh Oak is a very peaceful and private home. This house meets all our needs.
Sunsets, are out of this world. Very good neighbors on both sides.
We celebrated my husbands birthday while there.
Plenty to do ,but also restful.
We enjoyed it very much.

Loved the house and close proximity to the beach!! Having the pool was so much fun!
I have two recommendations. I would add more silverware. Not enough basics like forks and small spoons for the number of people the house accommodates. Also, the pool itself was clean and great but the decking around the pool was dirty with debris and weeds growing up in the cracks of the patio. You could tell it had not been swept good in quite a while. Over in the corners a lot of debris built up and under the lounge chairs there were cobwebs hanging. The decking going up the stairs also showed a lot of aging. Actually, one of the boards under the steps in front of the pool pump was broken in half.
Overall, great stay and experience. Would definitely stay again!

We used the IR House and another house on the beach side (Seacamp) for our Family Reunion and 50th B-day Party. The IR House was well appointed, clean, and conveniently located. The boat dock was a great amenity! Both houses exceeded our expectations.
