Garden city Realty was very prompt in responding to my request for availability.
Grammies Playhouse was so much better than the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub on a few brisk days and nights. The pool was ready to go but only one brave soul jumped into the frigid water. We loved that it was in a small neighborhood off the main road,yet not far from the beach. We sat on the porch almost every morning talking over our coffee enjoying the sun! The home is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. It does have a pack n play which the rental company did not know about. Love the open floor plan! Many wonderful memories were made at Grammies Playhouse! Thank you, Grammy!

Nice and clean, new pool, fenced back yard for the pets, plenty of pool and deck furniture, large grill, storage room has floats, chairs, and toys for the beach. My family enjoyed our one week stay very much and will plan the same property again.

This rental was perfect for my family's needs. It had recently been redone and was quite charming. I loved the new flooring throughout the property. Located right on the beach, it was relaxing with breathtaking views. I would definitely stay there again!!

We stayed in 303A May 9th through the 16th. The Condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed they balcony and view daily and had our meals out there. My kids enjoyed having tv's in each room for movies at night. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room and went home with no dirty clothes! The pool and facilities were GREAT!
We will be back as soon as possible!

July, 2015. Nice stay. No sharks and felt secure in the ocean. Very nice accommodations and fairly quiet neighborhood. Only problem was traffic if one wanted to go into Myrtle Beach. The highway system needs work.

We enjoyed our short stay. I notified GC Realty that the draw blind across the sliding glass door was inoperable. It was in pieces. We couldn't draw it to cover the sliding door at night. I am sure the owner is aware because it looked like it had been that way for a long time.

Love staying at Licence to Chill for family vacation! Bedrooms are located away from the kitchen/living area for early or late sleepers. Kitchen was well equipped (minus a blender). Pool was well maintained but could use some new poolside furniture as one of the only 2 chairs was broken. This has become our family's beach vacation home each summer as we all come together for the week!

Planning to return next year

Enjoyed staying at Rusty Pelican. This was the third year. Children and Grandchildren enjoyed the pool and ready access to the beach very much. The house was comfortable for our family of nine. Planning to return next year.
