We really liked the condo. Our greatest disappointment was that all of the living room furniture had been cleaned and was left very damp / wet when we arrived. I received a text at 1 pm saying it was ready. We arrived at 11:30 pm and could not use the furniture. It was still damp the next morning and we still could not set on it. It was day 2 in the evening before we could use it.

Our family has been staying at this home for quite some time. We absolutely love it there. However, the constant price increases year after year are becoming unjustified. The appliances (stove, tv’s) are outdated. There have been some new updates (some flooring and decor), but we are not sure it is worth the drastic price increase we have seen the last few years.

Casual on the Beach is the perfect vacation home. It was clean and comfortable for our children and grandchildren. We appreciated the new table and chairs and sectional sofa for at least our 10. We will return next summer and really appreciate an ice machine and one more king size bed. We will always leave your home as clean as when we arrived or more so.

We stayed here during Mustang Week, and were very pleased with the location and house. We had ample parking and loved the covered porch the most. The bathrooms could've used a bit of extra cleaning, but nothing that would've kept me from staying here. Overall, very pleased.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The location of Glad Tidings could NOT have been better!! We loved the house, pool, boat dock, and EASY walk to the beach! The views from all windows were fabulous, too! The only slight complaint was the swing and hammock area, under the house, was littered with used cigarettes. Other than that, we were very pleased and are hoping to schedule our stay there for 2013!

I have stayed in the same room for the last 2 years. I have in the building for the last 3 years. These condos are in a great location. It is very quite and peaceful there. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and well maintained. Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. Perfect location on the beach. Close to plenty of activities, restaurants, and other attractions. Great parking. The condo doesn't come with any beach necessities so plan ahead. There is a company that rents umbrellas and chairs, but it may be cheaper to buy them. The only thing that would actually improve the condo is a ceiling fan on the porch.
