The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Perfect beach location. We have stayed all along Garden City and this location was much less busy and great for our grandkids. First day and night was awful because AC did not work but a tech came out and it finally cooled off during the night. We would stay here again.

Beautiful house with great views of the Inlet. Very spacious and well maintained. Pool is Fabulous !!️
Check to see if washer is fixed...literally jumped across the floor and my clothes were stuck in it for a day and a half. Never got fixed while we were there. Would definitely recommend

They are the best!

I can't say ENOUGH on how good we were treated while at Surf master just prior to Hurricane Mathew. My husband was sent to the hospital and I was trying to juggle all that had to be done. The Crew at the Surf master office offered to take my dog out for his needed duties while I was gone. Thanks for such a great personal touch. It feels so good that Garden City office at Surf master was so gracious to me in my trying time. I can't THANK THEM ENOUGH. They are the best.

The property is in a terrific location with great views of the ocean, especially the sun rises. Close to restaurants featuring fresh caught seafood as well as day trips to Georgetown and Charleston. The Condo is up to date in every room, especially the bathrooms and kitchen !!!

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It was on the first floor located directly as you got off the elevator and the parking was also super close. Our room was very welcoming and clean. We loved our stay at One Ocean Place.

We've stayed here before and love the location. View was great and the condo was in good shape. The only thing that I wish I could have changed was when we got in late and found several packs of sheets and towels. I would have been nice if the bed was at least made.

Enjoyed the property bunk beds were a little uncomfortable for adults main bedrooms were great. Loved the pool area and hot tub, wish weather was a little more friendly.
