Flip Flop Inn was very clean and the kitchen had everything needed. It made our stay so comfortable. The decor was fun and colorful. Perfect for its location. Garden City Realty was very responsive when we had several minor issues. Their prompt service was amazing. The ease of TWO beach access points was a bonus. Our dog loved the front porch and enjoyed dog and people watching. We were so thankful to find a great dog friendly rental! It is definitely a perfect location for a beach retreat.

All went smooth. Text rec'd early that condo was available. Had an issue with the toilet & they promptly fixed it. Love the condo! Balcony great!
All necessities were available. Will stay again.

Condo is right on the beach, it is a beautiful view.

Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Freezer has ice maker but wasn't working.

Washer and dryer in the unit is super helpful. However, the dryer is very loud.

Both showers appear to have been remodeled recently. The shower in the primary bathroom is large and has a shelf and hanging storage to hold shampoo etc.

The tv in the living room is a little small for the space.

A few things that would be helpful, especially for renting the space for a a month or more:
A vacuum - dust pan and broom isn't quite enough.
A Swiffer mop - there are 2 mops but no bucket.
A blanket or two.
A few more pillows. Even with one or two people, three pillows isn't quite enough.

The condo is comfortable. The location is excellent. The pool, hot tubs and outdoor areas are great. The availability of luggage carts and grocery carts is a huge help for moving in and out or bringing back groceries.

The vacation rental was is a great location. The view of the ocean and the breeze from the ocean made relaxing in a rocker on the deck very enjoybale for reading a book. The house was clean but in need of some painting both inside and out. I do hope this can be remedied during the off season. My family enjoyed our vacation and will return in the future.

Shore Bet is a very nice raised beach house a half block from the beach.. it is very well decorated and has mostly everything you need... only issue was it was listed as having a gas grill wich it did bit was very dirty and inoperable.. we used the charcoal one instead

Overall we enjoyed the property. The only complaint I have is the outside lighting. The front stairwell is not lite very well and there is no light for the pool area.

Great condo, very clean! The owners have added a new sofa, new washer/dryer, some nice decor, balcony furniture, and I believe a television in the third bedroom. Only drawback in condo would be the bed in master bedroom is lumpy and the comforter needs replacing. The dishwasher was not working and we received a response/visit from a technician the same day. He said it required parts to fix and they would probably just trade it out. We never got a replacement, but in their defense, there was a Tropical Storm that blew through the next day that had staff very busy, so understandable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. One of the elevators was out and that caused delays checking in/out. We enjoyed a great meal at Wicked Tuna in Murrells inlet and tasty takeout pizza and wings from Mellow Mushroom.
