My spouse and I went for a week long vacation. The location is excellent .
The house was cute and we really enjoyed the front wrap around porch.
The furniture was ok, and the kitchen was good, but small.
The house could use more lighting. There were no lamps, so we had to use the overhead lighting. Our two small dogs enjoyed the backyard. Overall we had a good experience.

This condo was super clean. All appliances worked, in fact they appleared to be brand new. Excellent dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer. Beautiful furniture and screened porch. All the plumbing worked and was in excellent condition.Good water pressure. The foam topper on the master bedroom mattress was outstanding. What good sleep! We like cable TV, & all the TVs in the condo were great. The condo furnished plenty of clean, sanitized towels. Beautiful wood floors throughout the condo and clean carpets in bedrooms. Kitchen cabinets and drawers were fully furnished with everything you could possibly need.

Across the street from the beach. This house has is decorated with a lot of flamingo's and flip flops creating a beachy feel. The Flip Flop Inn offers a lot of space and can accommodate at least 10 people comfortably. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again.

The management of the property was very nice and professional. We were able to check in early which was helpful with 3 kids. Our penthouse had the perfect view and wasn't horribly decorated. The bed weren't the most comfortable but the sheets were clean. The cleanliness of the penthouse was fine at a first glance. Looking closer I would suggest they deep clean behind furniture and dust the bottom shelves at least once a month. The hot tub, which I was most excited about had a bit of a funny smell. I dont know much about hot tubs so I figured it was normal. As our stay progressed the hot tub became cloudy with a hint of green despite our best efforts to run a 'clean cycle'. The hot tub people finally showed up and informed us that hot tubs needs to be cleaned every week and they are only scheduled every 2 weeks. He also added that our particular hot tub 'really should be drained and refilled with the condition it is in.' yukk! If we ever book again I'd request the hot tub be drained and refilled for our stay. Other than that I was very happy with the property.

Love the location and the view from the balcony. Condo was nice. When we got there the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. I assume the renter before us just never started it. There was a stain on one of the bedspreads. Wasn’t a big deal. We just didn’t use it. All other bedding was greasy and clean. Would rent again.

We have stayed in this same condo for the past 2 years. It is great for my family! It is always very clean and comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoy the beautiful oceanfront view! It is also in a wonderful location! ��

Great home for our family spring break vacation. Home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Weather could have been warmer, but it is April. Two suggestions: bathroom on ground level for use at pool and for the price of linens and towels, I would think sheets could be put on the beds.

When we booked this property, we were hoping it would meet the needs of our family, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 older teens, but it was perfect! We were close enough to the beach that we could walk or use the golf cart, but still had beautiful and calming views of the inlet. The combination of beds and bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and everyone had enough room to gather together to play video games in the living room or relax on the decks with a book.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay. The house was dog friendly and had everything we needed and it was an easy walk across the street to the beach. Efficient check in and out process.

Lynchburg

Nice beach house. Very close to the water. Location is A++. Kitchen well equipped, but the range oven is frustratingly difficult to use. Keeps turning itself off. Insists on a 5 minute timer setting. In spite of an earlier review I read, the temperature in the house was perfect. A/C works very well. We might stay here again!

We had a big family gathering for Thanksgiving and the Thomas House was just what we needed. Lots of room and right on the front beach. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience.
