We have stayed at Poohs Corner off and on over the last 20 years. It holds some great memories for us and we’re always looking to make new ones here. The only things that would make it better are a good deep cleaning and a shower in the downstairs master bathroom (only has a garden tub). We will rent here again.

The up grades to this condo ( 803) where smartly done. Colors are well done and the décor well laid out.
We are beach people and are family enjoys location.
This location is around the activities ,districts ,attractions , golf and restaurants that we enjoy.
The past two years we had trouble parking the two cars because of maintenance and repairs. that is was a pain.
The WiFi in 803 did not work and your ( Twice ) the WiFi service tried to connect me it was so weak I could not stream a download. I was connected to 178. Most of the time when working the down load was only at 3 to 5Mbps.
Hope that is corrected before our next year stay.

Positives: great location near everything, great views from balcony, really nice clean pool and deck overlooking the ocean, building was quiet families, check-in and checkout process was easy. Negatives: outdated finishes,cabinets, decor. Shabby beat-up stained - cracked finishes... like sinks baseboards walls ceilings blinds doors. Master bath very small. Laundry old and small, almost impossible to use. Only fits 1-3 pieces of clothes at a time. Stained our clothes with rust!! Building is next to public access and random people were coming onto the property to use our pool and outdoor shower.

I will not stay anywhere else. We love Surfmaster. The condos are beautiful. The view is amazing. Condo 711 was clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was loaded with everything you could possibly need.

We have rented through Garden City Realty for the last 4 years. This year we needed to cancel our reservation 6 days into our 2 month trip. Everyone at Garden City Reality was extremely helpful, especially Mary Black. Mary took our calls, responded in a thoughtful manner and assisted us with our trip insurance contacts. Any time we have needed someone from Garden City Reality to help in any way, they are always there!

Our family of 14 really enjoyed this house. There is plenty of room for all so that you can have your own space. The view out the back of the house of the inlet is well worth the money!
I do have to agree with a prior review that the lack of window blinds/curtains is a real problem in the bedrooms. You will be woke up with the sun each morning and in some bedrooms you are in FULL view of anyone outside looking in.
We ahve already reserved for next year, hoping that the rate isn't raised too high.
