We enjoyed staying at the Dreamscaper! It was the perfect size for our family. Upon arrival we entered the home to find an awesome gift on the table, full of stuff for kids, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. It really helped not having to buy those things. The home was clean and inviting. The location was better than we thought with only a short walk to the beach. Decor is a little outdated, but that didn't bother us:)There is LOTS of parking which is nice because we have 4-5 vehicles when on vacation . The pool is a good size to dip in and cool off, our adult children enjoyed it. Would absolutely recommend! Elevator is very convenient taking heavy things up. It's in the main level master bedroom.

Landcaster was perfect for my family! Plenty of room! The kitchen has everything you need and more. It was a home away from home. The location was wonderful and the views were beautiful! Great for a big family. My first time staying here was in September 2020 and I will definitely rent again!

This is our third summer staying at Surf Master 106. We reserve it for a 5 night stay. Our condo was ready when expected, clean, great parking, nice family atmosphere. Grocery store, pharmacy, gift shops, ice cream parlors and restaurants are all within 2 miles of the condo. The view is to die for... First floor balcony facing the ocean. A lifeguard was stationed from 9 to 5 directly in front of this condo.

We had a lovely vacation. Glad they had made some minor repairs to the unit. The biggest problem we had was that the fire alarm went off 4 different times during our stay, once at 6:00 am and once at 6:30 am. Not really what you want to hear when you are trying to relax on vacation. False alarms every time. Also, you couldn't get to the luggage carts without calling the HOA association and having someone come and unlock them for you. We just made multiple trips to get our things to the room.

this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)

OMG! What a different experience our family had in this house from last year! I left a not so pleasant review last year about this property and every issue that I pointed out was corrected. We had a representative from the Garden City Realty team show up an hour after we checked in to make sure that we were in and happy with all of the the corrections that the homeowner made. This is now a great house for a small family like mine to call home for a week. There are not many small rentals around this area that are on the beach and this close to the GC pier, so thanks for the TLC that was given to Cloud 9 to keep families wanting to come back for more sand and sun! I will be calling this week to book Cloud 9 again for 2023!

Seascape is a wonderful house close to the pier with plenty of room for a large extended family to spread out and have their own was nice to have a lifeguard nearby for the littlest beachgoers. Great grill area and also has 2 refrigerators - 2 things that would have been helpful to know before arrival. Brought a baby pool for under the house for the littles - worked out great! Only complaint was the noisy trash trucks every morning at 4:30am and 6:00am waking up those in rooms on the streetside. Overall a great house, in a great location. Would rent again.
