Our place at Compass Rose 12 was beautiful. We loved everything about it. Loved the screened in porch if we had rockers there it would have been more awesome but the chairs were fine too. We enjoyed our stay.will be back already have it for a month soon.

This house is very spacious and very nice. The enclosed sunroom was my favorite place in the mornings...the view was awesome. The location of the house is South of the main beach, which made for less people and it felt more private. We had a wonderful
view of the beach and ocean from anywhere on the back of the house from the two decks. It was great! The house was well maintained, it could use a new coffee pot though and a few new mattresses on the single beds upstairs. The only problem I had was the shower
heads did not adjust high enough for a person who is 6'3", which is what I am, so it made it a little tough when showering. But, hey, it was all good, we were on vacation, complaining was not on the agenda! I was thankful that the house was big enough, and
enough tv's for my family. We had 9 adults & 6 children and we had plenty of room. I absolutely loved the huge sliding doors in the upstairs master made for an awesome view and the room was very spacious. We did see a couple palmetto bugs in the house...which
freaked my daughters out...LOL, but I've lived in Georgia, so they weren't a big thing to me. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation and we were all satisfied with the Thomas House. We would absolutely rent it again!

The pictures of the property doesn't do it justice! A breath taking view. Oversized balcony with lots of windows. Cold air conditioner with ceiling fans in every room. Shades that can be pulled to keep the sun out and help keep the condo cool. Nice quality stackable washer and dryer. Well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Dishwasher which we used daily. I just can't say anything negative about this condo. We'd love to return next summer. The condo was clean and ready for us exactly the time we arrived to the area which we weren't expecting due to the shortage of workers. 5 stars all the way

We really loved the house. I had to call maintenance a couple of times and they were there quickly and took care of the problems. The pool was well maintained and cleaned during our stay. The staff of Garden City Realty were excellent. The area is great because it is close to everything we did while we were there. The biggest problem we had were the mattresses in the house. They are all older mattresses and some were sagging but they were all uncomfortable. It would be nice to see them upgraded for a comfortable nights sleep. Sometimes the water wouldn't stay hot when several people were taking showers. The house was great but upgraded mattresses would make it excellent.

We had 3 families (my parents, my family of 3 and my sisters family of 3) overall it was a great place for our families. When we arrived everything appeared to be very clean but by the end of our first night all of our feet were black on the bottom (we went and bought slippers) the master room bathroom toilet is so close to the shower you can’t sit on it properly and there is no door for the bar it’s all open (kinda weird but we dealt with it)
The bedroom with the 2 queen beds had no room for storage (no dresser, closet) and the tv didn’t have a cable box and smart tv didn’t work well. The fridge was warm when we got there so all the food we bought had to stay in our coolers till the next day when it got colder. Nice and beach decorated couches and beds were comfy (beds a little noisy when you move)

Things that needed attention were cared for quickly. However, the elevator was problematic on the ground level.

We enjoyed the antics of porpoise pods while we ate breakfast.
