Well appointed one bedroom. Quiet condo. View amazing. Beach clean and soft sand. Needs a new mattress. Lots of dust clinging to the bedroom wall. You see it at night when lamps on. Needs a few cosmetic updates.

The unit we stayed in have a beautiful view off the balcony. There was plenty of room for my self and husband. The only this is that it needs updating. If your into palm trees and monkeys you have it made. We would definitely come back to Garden City bit with a different room. Thanks again

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was great and balcony was terrific being so close to ocean. Condo is pretty dated and couldn't get hot water in one of the three bedrooms were only negatives. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean and perfect for 2. Bed was comfortable, however, we did go out and buy a fan for the bedroom since they had no ceiling fan. That would be a nice addition. We would stay in this condo again

Overall a great experience. New and clean, and well furnished. Great location and plenty of parking. My one nitpick were the televisions and third party channel services. Perhaps we did not know how to use the services but I could not get local channels or any paid TV service for sports. I think for the price some basic service with local channels should be included. Other than that the home was nearly perfect.

We loved this unit for our Spring Break! It is beautifully decorated and brand new, down to the cabinetry and appliances. We found it to be spotless and really well-equipped: kitchen utensils, beach accessories like umbrellas, wagon, chairs, and games and movies.. The view is amazing...the unit is shaped like a triangle on the beachfront side so that the balcony is actually almost over the sand, and because it is on the first floor, you feel like you are on the beach even while inside.. The pool and hottub can be seen to the left - nice for watching out for kids - but the whole view is unobstructed beach. The condo is spacious and open with plenty of comfortable seating and excellent TVs and wifi. Beds were wonderful. Bathrooms are nothing special but are more than adequate. Parking is convenient on a deck right outside this unit - just a short walk down the breezeway. We enjoyed the location - a few doors down from the Conch Cafe and only a mile from the pier and town center. The property and grounds were very clean and attended to on a daily basis. Management proved to be pleasant and easy to work with when we had a few questions and wanted to extend our stay. This is such a great value for the relatively inexpensive rental fee! We recommend and will be envious of anyone getting to enjoy some time here!!

My family has enjoyed renting this property for three years. It is great even for the people who do not enjoy going out on the sand and getting in the water. You get a spectacular view from the glassed in porch. I would recomment this for all people, especially for families with older adults.

Enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo . Has nice living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Our only problem was the refrigerator needs replaced. Ice maker broke and can’t regulate temperature properly. Either food on top shelves not very cold but if you turn temperature down food on bottom shelves freeze. Also dishwasher is old and should be replaced. I must say that Garden City Reality is the best rental company I have ever dealt with. They go over and above to make you happy. Any concerns we had were immediately taken care of the same day. Maggie in housecleaning is great! We would highly recommend them, they are the best

Arrived on Sunday - no problem at all getting my packet of information to access the condo. Everything was thorough and detailed. Stayed at One Ocean Place 409. Overall - clean and plenty of room. Most places require minimum 7 nights - this one was an exception so it worked out great for our 4 night stay.

Place was great with 2 bathrooms. Balcony had al mismatched chairs and lots of them, but the view of tge icean all day was worth it. Sofa was quite uncomfortable. I purchased chair pads to put under the cushions to help with sagging. The covers need to be washed and maybe bleached... Otherwise unit was nice and convenient on the 1st floor.
