We enjoyed our stay at Gause House. It reminded us of our Garden City Beach rental house from the 1980's. The location was perfect-just walk across Ocean Blvd & we're at the beach. The front porch was the place for coffee in the morning or talking & watching the traffic in the evening. The large dining room table was great for meals & for playing games. The kitchen was OK-enough dishes and pot & pans; nice stove & fridge, but we couldn't get the dishwasher to work & no instructions to review. Bedrooms & baths OK; 1 bathroom shower was almost too small to use-but we made it work for us. Also, Surfside Beach is just minutes away from the Garden City Pier, great restaurants, Kid's golf, waterparks, & shopping. We had a great day at Broadway at the Beach. Overall, we had a great time & would probably stay again.

As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to 509, our fourth. Although the condo could benefit from some upgrades (back bathroom faucets come to mind, furniture) the condo is clean and functional. We had some difficulty getting the unit to cool down as it had in the past we finally figured that the cooling works fine when folks move in around the unit. The staff went out of their way to attend to our needs, as usual.

Our unit was gorgeous, wonderful balcony and great view. This condo was very clean and a well-stocked kitchen. The staff at Garden City Realty was very helpful as usual. We will stay at One Ocean Place again for sure!!

I realize its late in the season, that being said the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced,and rooms could stand painting. Satisfied with location. Would stay here again.

South Point

Nice property. Easy access to beach. Parking is very restriced with Unit 202 due to air conditioning units. Nice walk to Bubba's Fish Shak which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We had a wonderful time. Location, layout, amenities were fabulous. Property is always clean and management is always friendly, courteous and helpful. We have stayed at surf master before and had no problems then. Always a pleasant experience.

The house was great..except for a few minor things (stair area really needs a coat of paint and couch has seen better days). The linen package was well worth the price and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/dishes, etc. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but we were there in off-season so no big deal. Overall we were all very satisfied with the house.

The weather was awesome. We love staying at BH 317. Its close to everything and just a few steps from the beach! Its always clean and has everything you need. The new TVs and new mattresses for the beds made it the best place to stay!

Planned a last minute trip for some beach time , Condo was very clean and bright . Perfect get away place. The only thing I would have changed is to have a bedroom facing the ocean.

We felt so comfortable and at home in the condo. It was spacious,beautifically decorated and marvelous view. Even with rain showers our week was every thing we could have wanted. We also found many great restaurants in Murrells inlet and the Conch Restaurant just up the road. We will definitely come again.
