We have rented and stayed at Marlin Quay for years. We love the location and views from these condominiums. The size and access to beach were great! There were a few things wrong with our unit but I’m sure the owners are aware. We love this location and had a great week! Marlin Quay might want to let their HOA know they have two permanent residents that are not nice to renters and very controlling of the pool areas. FYI for vacationers with teenagers who like to swim at pool and play music around the pool at night !!! Otherwise love this place !

This Condo was amazing! Beautiful updated interior, clean, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Freshly landscaped exterior with a well maintained pool. The Ocean front views are amazing! Very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We honestly had NO complaints! We actually reserved again for next year and we cant wait!

Jean is a true professional!

Jean Schmaus came highly recommended by a friend of ours. Within a 30-day time period jean helped me to get up to speed on the market, had the patience to deal with all of my questions and once we both knew what I was looking for. She wasted no time in recommending that we take advantage of a very good opportunity and we successfully bid on our condo before anyone else really had a chance to see how great a deal it really was! Jean is a true professional, and we did this all remotely, from our home in Connecticut. We are looking forward to meeting her when we are there at the end of the year.

This house was incredible! There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The home is beautifully decorated and the view off the front porches was breath taking. The kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the ice maker wasn't working. We loved the house and would definitly recommend it. Hopefully, we will be fortunate enough to stay here again in the future.

Surprised by the layout and all the space. Great views of the Atlantic as well as Merrill’s inlet. Coming in great area for W&D easy to drop offf towels or shoes. Very nice kitchen, great having a pantry! Plenty of recline furniture- comfortable for everyone. Mary Black couldn’t have been nicer and gave good information. Exactly who you want to welcome you to your long awaited vacation.

The condo that we stayed in our nice,comfortable & clean. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms were in need of repair but that did not hinder our stay. Beautiful view, nice pool.

We had a very good time at the home we rented. The management company responded promptly when we had a need. The beach was lovely and the wooden walkway to the beach was well maintained. We cooked many large meals and the kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well maintained and had good showers with plenty of hot water. There was adequate parking space and we liked that the area of beach where we were was relatively quiet. The back door to the porch closed with difficulty and the porch itself needs maintenance.

We have stayed at the Surfmaster several times and it is a great place. The actual condos and amenities seem to be varied. This condo was nice, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen needed some updating, the fridge would freeze things and the oven doesn't cook evenly. Usually that wouldn't matter but with the current covid situation we chose not to eat out as much as we would. Otherwise the condo was great. I hope in the future that the descriptions will include whether there is a keypad entrance or actual keys because that will determine where I would stay. The keypads should be on every door. We love Garden City Beach and will definitely return!

Perfect but for 3 issues.
Dryer - something needs to be done to fix this issue. Several renters before me complained about this same issue. repairmen confirmed ongoing issue. "run small loads that are not too wet" is not acceptable resolution. Refrigerator - I don't know what is the issue here. Temperature for fridge and freezer too warm. Perhaps door fails to close all the way due to split door design, but I watched for that and the temp still was 23-55 vs 0-37 (freezer-frig). Ice-maker loud and located just outside first floor bedroom. Fix these issues and then perfect property! also to my surprise there was a charcoal grill.
