Well, things were very quiet & restful til Hurricane Helene decided to come onshore in FL & move up the coast. So what does THAT have to do w/our stay? Well, Jackie & Robin were wonderful to help us with issues that could have & did arise from this event. Not only did they help us, they were so kind & patient with us as well. Then there's Dan, the Maintenance Man. When we had a problem, he was right there to help us resolve it. There is NO BETTER service from anyone, anywhere than Garden City Realty! THEY. ARE. THE. BEST. AND. ONLY GAME. IN. TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved our stay in a Garden City Realty rental this past October.

The house was clean, well equipped, allowed dogs, and had a great view of the Surfside Beach. Never having stayed in a beach house rental before, we were skeptical, but GCR made everything easy! No issues or problems.

Even though the house we stayed in is no longer available for rent, we will use GCR to find our next beach paradise later this year!

Great location and close to the pier. Parking can be scarce but it was manageable. The only negative I can think of is the elevator is slow, but lucky to have one.

We have stayed at Surfmaster by the Sea for approximately 6 years now. We love it there. My extended family also stays there when vacationing In Myrtle Beach.

1110 was exactly as the pictures show. Beautiful condo that was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view of the beach and ocean with easy access. Covered parking.

Location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The building itself is older but we'll maintained and the unit we stayed in was kept in very good condition.

Our family has been vacationing in the area for many years and this property rates a top mark. The kitchen is fully furnished and the furniture comfortable. Loved the special ice maker. The sun room and decks were a plus. I fell asleep in the hammock one afternoon. The walkway to the beach was across the street and there were few people using it as there are no condos in the area. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill.

This house with pool and dock was great for us. We would definitely stay here again. Even though it was across the street from the ocean we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from the deck. The walkway to the beach was conveniently located directly in front of the house. We especially loved the uncrowned beach in this area.

Wonderful condo! Exactly what was pictured on rental!My husband and I loved our stay! Condo was clean,kitchen was spacious and well equipped,mattress was very comfortable, beautifully decorated,and the large ocean front balcony {where we had coffee and breakfast, every morning and enjoyed sitting at night!} was great!It's a lot larger than most balcony's!We would definitely would stay in this condo again! And definitely recommend this condo!

Most enjoyable! We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary with family and it was a most enjoyable week. Only significant problem was poor drainage of the street with there being a large lake for most of the week.
