He is an outstanding technician!

The shower in my beach house wouldn't turn off at about ten o'clock at night. I called Garden City Realty emergency maintenance. David Rakentine came out within fifteen minutes.

He had excellent manners and tried to make my friend and me as comfortable as possible while he worked to fix the streaming water. He cut off the water to work but cut it on as soon as possible so we wouldn't be without water. Because he needed parts he had to come back the next day to complete the job.

I was at ease and confident with him in the house while we were out. He is an outstanding technician. I'm grateful that he was sent to my house.

Garden City Realty is a breeze to rent through. We use them every year and love the condo at One Ocean Place. We have stayed in various condos and all have been great but this one is the best.

Atalaya Towers unit 703 is a great unit. Except we did have a couple of issues this year. I do realize that we are at the beach but when we entered the condo there was sand throughout the condo floor. We had to have the exterminator come and spray for fleas. And then we had to have maintenance come and fix the TV. Both weren’t an awful experience but it did take away from our vacation time. Which wasn’t good at all. I feel like we should have been offered a discount but we weren’t.

I loved the location and the prop. mgmt people were super. Three things I thought needed to be addressed. The dryer vent connection(located in the bathrm) had a big hole in it (and tons of dust surrounding it) and it blew into the bathroom instead of going out thru the vent to the outside. Pretty dangerous and the maintenance guy came the next day and wrapped duct tape around it??. Also, the carpet was gross in areas and walls in the hallway had big spots that were faded where big pictures were removed and left off. The condo had a very bad sour smell when we first got there, had to open all the windows. and kept them open alot because of the smell. Other than that, a great place and location. Will definitely go back.

Property is in a great location,great view of the inlet. One of the best pools in Garden City. More than enough space for 8 people. Clean and well equipped (awesome charcoal grill). Be prepared for a lot of stairs.
