overall the house was great. there were several issues though:
1. mirrored door on closet was falling off. Garden City Realty responded quickly and removed.
2. dishwasher wouldn't drop pod. we placed pod manually.
3. main sliding doors were very hard to open.
a. GCR, sent maintenance who tried to fix but couldn't
b. Window World was sent and had to replace rollers... GCR aske me to wait around to let them in so i lost the entire morning with my family on the beach to do this... GCR should have had their maintenance meet with them instead of asking their paying guest.
4. hot tub caused chemical burns. Pool guy was sent and he adjusted the chemicals. after this, the hot tub smelled bad. not sure if it was chemicals or something else. most didn't want to get back in.
5. pool heater worked the 1st day. after that the pool was cold even though the heater claimed it was 84.

We enjoyed our month at OOP 1005 very much. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the master bath renovation (with the exception of renovation dust residue under the bed in the master bedroom) - the new shower is wonderful. We have appreciated the improvements/upgrades that have occured since we started renting 1005. We love the space and the view. However, as we have noted previously, the living room furnture is exhausted - it is not getting "off" the couch, it is rather a matter of getting "out of" the couch. Other than that, we were happy and pleased with the condo.

This house is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. We loved the pool area! It’s beautiful and very private. The house having an elevator was a huge plus and really helped not having to haul all the luggage up all the steps.

We loved the condo. It was clean and the balcony was perfect. We actually watch the super moon come up over the ocean and it was beautiful. The only thing we found wrong was it was extremely cold. We didn't have any instructions on how to turn up the air conditioning so it wouldn't be so cold.

We have just completed our 7th stay at Seasider 405 and we are never disappointed. The condo is clean, the layout is roomy and comfortable and the ocean front location is wonderful. The hustle bustle of Mrytle Beach is close enough (20 minutes) to enjoy while the condo location is far enough south to offer the peace and quiet of a getaway vacation. Close to great shopping and excellent restaurants, I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Our family really enjoyed our week at Portifino 321A. When we arrived, the house was as it had been portrayed online. We really loved the location making it easy to get on the beach with children and gear. I loved most the spacious PORCH! The furniture was so comfy— rocking chairs. And the table and chairs let us have many fun games there. The pool was clean and not crowded. From booking the house, check-in, to check-out was easy and everyone was very nice. Loved that each linen packet was wrapped tightly with clear wrapping waiting on each bed and towels were too. Great week all around!! All 5’s!
