This is a beautiful home. We had a great week. The house is in a perfect, quiet location that was very close to the beach. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the pool and spacious deck area. We hope to stay there again.

Condo had recently been redone with new paint, furniture and décor. It was a great couple day retreat for 2 couples. Kitchen was super equipped. Only negative (and a small one) was being on the third floor and no elevator presented a slight challenge bringing the luggage in. Staff did a great job helping us find a great unit on short notice in the off season.

Beautiful place to stay. Views were awesome. Very convenient to restaurants, pier and shopping. Would definitely stay again. If I had a negative, it would be that the beds were a little uncomfortable. But, no ones bed is as good as your at home��

We had another great vacation at Serenity By the Sea and have already booked our trip again for next year! The pool is great for our little ones and the porches make great outdoor spaces for them as well.

Unit was exactly as described. Great layout. Perfect location right on the beach. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Already planned our next trip. Would recommend unit to anyone.

The house is in great shape and was perfect for myself and three College age kids. We still had plenty of room and comfort for 4 visitors the first two days of our trip. The beach and surrounding area is as nice as you'll find in Myrtle. The half-mile walk to the pier was the perfect combination of exercise and entertainment for kids of all ages. Check-in took less than 2 minutes, and the key drop box for check out is a great convenience.

We had a wonderful week in Surf Master 314. Property location was great. Condo was clean and open areas. The only problem was the dining table which should have accommodated eight and was a glass top It only had seats for four and we we’re unable to clip on the portable high chair for the baby. We did discover the last few days some folding chairs and a folding table were in a closet. Would liked to have been informed. I do suggest a large rectangular table with 8 chairs. I also suggest that at least one of the beds in the double room be replaced by a queen bed.

We have staying at Inlet Point for the last 25 years, we like it because the kids can fish off the dock and we can have our boat there. For the very first time we had complaints about the wagon and beach stuff out side the door, it was neat and not in the way, I was very disappointed and embarrassed.

Fredericksburg

Rented for a week to enjoy quiet relaxation time with extended family. The home provided everything we desired. The main goal was to provide an opportunity to fish the main channel of the inlet and we were not disappointed! Really no complaints about the house.

The only downside (and a minor one) was the live music from the Marshwalk across the inlet was loud enough to be heard inside the house. Thankfully this was only on a few nights leading into the weekend (Thurs-Fri-Sat) and stopped around midnight.

I want to thank the staff at Garden City realty, our family vacation was scheduled for August, and then the unthinkable happened. A traumatic event, to say the least, but the team at Garden city stepped up and was there for us in our time of need. Although we can not make it to the beach this year, we look forward to spending time there again next year.
