It was very nice. Great to get away from the snow of Ohio. Beautiful view of the ocean. Convenient to food and shopping and beach. Couches needed to be updated, and a little more cleaning in hidden areas like under the bed and corners.

We found Beach House 117 was ideally located in the south (best) area of Myrtle Beach. We had a great, and safe view of "Sandy" as it moved north. Our drive home was the worst part of our stay. See you in 2013. W&D

Nice condo and was larger than many others we have stayed in with the same amount of bedrooms. Pool was close and beach wasn’t too crowded. Inlet views from the back porch and beach view from large front porch. We would stay again!

The condo was in a great location just being a block off the beach. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. The only problem we had were the beds were uncomfortable. Also there should be 2 cars allowed to park or an exception for handicap.

Nothing short of great service

We purchased our Surf master condo, Unit 910in Feb 2017 and were quickly comforted by GCRs ability to service the rental unit from strong social marketing, quick maintenance support, fantastic bookings and all while keeping the unit immaculate! As first time renters and with a unit that had not been on a rental program in the past - we are more than thrilled that by mid-June we were showing over $33,000 in potential 2017 bookings ($23,000 booked to date)! Nothing short of great service, great advice, and a great partnership with the GCR team. We are already looking forward to finding the next unit that they help partner with us on!!

We really enjoyed our stay at south winds. We made the mistake of locking ourselves out in the rain on a Sunday! Buddy from maintenance was at the house to let us back in, in under 10 mins. We were incredibly impressed with his support. The pool was great since the ocean wasn’t too warm yet. We would definitely book again. My only complaint would be that the king size bed was too firm for our liking, but we got used to it.

606 is a lovely, comfortable condo right on the beach. We have been renting here for several winters. The owner and management are A-1. Wouldn’t think of staying any place else other than here at Surfmaster.
