We stayed the week of Memorial Day. The beach was not crowded, which was great. Great location, very short drive to dining and grocery stores.

There were a few minor issues with the house that we did not bother to report (lights out on porch, broken frig shelf.) The only issue we did report was that somehow the linens were not in the house. 45 minutes after my call they were delivered with apologies. So great service!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. We had 11 people and everyone had plenty of room.

The only negative is that we killed three cockroaches inside the house. I had a condo in Murrells INLET FOR TEN year and never seen one round my property. I believe that is because we had a bug service

Our unit was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We were happy to see security on property. The location was awesome beach front. The beach was clean. We found a restaurant right on the beach to the left of the building. I can't remember the name. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed our week here very much! I’ve rented many condos and houses over the years for vacations, and I can honestly say that this was the most well-equipped one we’ve ever been in. The kitchen was beautiful, and for once we had a decent quality of pots and pans, as well as knives that actually were sharp! No need to bring your frying pan and knife from home in this condo! Decor is beautiful and tasteful. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Just all around a wonderful condo!

This house accommodates 15 people. However, one drawback to it is there are no large serving dishes or mixing bowls to cook for that many people. Also, had a few palmetoes that were in the house. Not good when they are on your bed.

Our family of six was able to spread out and enjoy this villa to the fullest. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it made getting ready to go out much easier. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in, which we did a few times because we stayed 2 weeks. The pool was very nice and clean, and the ocean views are spectacular. We have already booked for next year. A door handle came off while we were there, and Garden City Realty promptly sent a repairman immediately as we could not lock the unit until it was repaired. We have rented through Garden City Realty for many years and have found them to be excellent rental agents.

You can’t beat the location!
House layout was a little tight in kitchen and dining area. Bathrooms were outdated and odd that laundry was outside of the house.
But dock and location of beach was a big hit with family!

Our experience at Love’s a Beach as a family of 9 was great. We had all ages 9-71 and the layout was perfect. Beautiful beach and ocean views. Location is perfect. Close enough to the fun but far enough for peace and quiet.
Our only two complaints were ants and the air filters. We had quite the problem with ants and they persisted even after they came out to spray. I think they whole house needs to be treated not just a few rooms. Also, the air conditioner was struggling to keep up. We checked the filters and the were pretty clogged.
The nice thing is that both issues were dealt with within hours so even though the ants persist the reality company did their absolute best at trying to correct both problems in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Moncks Corner

The house is well maintained and was clean on arrival. This is a great house in a good location! I'd recommend this house as a great place to enjoy the views it provides of the marsh and ocean and its access to the beach and the Inlet! We've been staying here about 7 years. During our stay we noticed water running down the driveway from the outdoor shower, a toilet not flushing correctly and the elevator broke over the weekend. I called mnt on Monday and within the hour they were there to fix the leak in the shower pipe and toilet handle. Bc we had a disabled family member, the elevator was critical which I conveyed to mnt and they had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. The outdoor shower and toilet handle (with fiddling) still worked but we were concerned about the expense of water to the homeowner. It did not impact our use of these items. Only complaint I would have is that the pool water was greenish all week and by Thursday the bottom of the pool was covered in algae/brown spots. I called Thursday but it didn't get fixed which was a disappointment bc we enjoy the pool time after a day at the beach. Overall, we had lots and fun and enjoyed our stay!
