This house was perfect for our multi family stay. House has a great flow, large rooms and beautiful pool. Located across the street from the beach and beach access. Kitchen was well equipped. Large family room with plenty of seating. Perfect porches with comfortable sitting on the front and back. Wine/drink fridge and ice maker were nice additions. Some of the beds could use new mattresses, otherwise we loved our stay.

It was great. I took my 90 year old mom, nephew and niece. We loved the unit and especially the huge balcony. The view was beautiful. We cooked breakfast every morning and had a beautiful view of the ocean from the table. I only gave a 4 on property cleanliness because the unit was very clean but the floors going from the elevator were dirty.

Overall was a great stay, but the place really needs a new couch and chairs. More comfortable to sit on the porch than to sit on the couch.

Absolutely loved this condo. Very clean, plenty of towels, etc. Location was convenient to Murrells Inlet restaurants. Will definitely be back.

My mother snd I traveled to Garden City to celebrate my retirement from 32 years of teaching. We wanted a nice condo with lots of room. We found our place in SurfMaster #607. The condo was as advertised; it was spacious, clean, well laid out. While there, the management went above and beyond to keep the area clean, maintained and safe. We are excited to plan another trip back in 2022.

My wife and I have booked our “beach week” through garden city realty three years running. We have our four grandkids and their parents with us. Total of eight and we want to be together. Perfect place for us has become “life is good on easy street”. Close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Very easy drive to any store,restaurant,or activity. Nice place well maintained. Family neighborhood. (Important to us). Garden city realty makes booking, check in and out painless as possible even with the obstacle of covid. Highly recommend fhis area and this realtor. No complaints. I would really have to dig to find one. 10 of 10.
