This is a nice unit. It is not likely to happen often, but if someone rents 1510 and 1512 on VRBO for the same group you end up in the middle of a larger party that is going to roam unit-to-unit.

The living room furniture is very comfortable. It probably is time to replace mattresses.

What an outstanding view!We did have a little difficulty with the sliding door but it was worth the struggle to get to the balcony. We had a great vacation and would definitely come again.

Mr. B's Getaway was beautiful, spacious, and so inviting...we felt immediately at home. 

We were greeted with a friendly, helpful smile at Garden City Realty, our first time booking through this establishment. We have been vacationing in the Myrtle Beach area for nearly 30 years. Hurricane Florence was expected to hit landfall on the east coast, but nobody was sure where or when. The lady who checked me in assured me that I would be kept up-to-date on any information as soon as it became available. She was true to her word, too, emailing updates of the hurricane and what to do should we have to leave early.

We enjoyed two wonderful days of sunshine and warmth when the mandatory evacuation came. We left early the next morning, ahead of the pending arrival of Florence. We were crushed to have to leave our oceanfront paradise so soon.

The location was wonderful, close to restaurants, groceries, shops, attractions, and, of course, the beach. We pray all is well with Mr. B's and that we can visit again next year, Lord willing.

So the room in general was sufficient it did it’s purpose but we’ve stayed in many rooms at surf master an I would say this one was the most in need of some updating. Very old school vibe which is fine but vents were hanging down in bathrooms, light switches very delayed def some electrical issues goin on, had to move extension cords around to get tv to work etc but overall didn’t really effect what you come for the beach!

Normally my husband and I stay a few floors up but this condo worked for us because of the one bedroom that fit our four grandchildren. Kitchen very well stocked and plenty of eating area. Staff at Garden City Realty very friendly and helpful. We are not first timers

My family had the most wonderful time staying at Beachside Windy Hill. The house was wonderful, very comfortable, in great condition and had everything there that we needed. Highly recommend it!

I asked the person behind the counter and she did not have any idea. We were actually less than 15 minutes from Boston Commons and spent 1 hour looking for it because the house numbers go up and down.
