Beautiful condo! We used to regularly rent this condo each year until my parents could no longer do stairs(the elevator is great).Wish they were still with us so we could take them back to visit. We cook & condo is equipped with everything you need (except a spaghetti tool). I bought one & left it in
In the unit. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable & it was decorated so beautifully. Even the weather was fantastic all week! To the owners we say “thank you for sharing your home with us”. We will visit again. Also it was nice to see that this unit has been so well taken care of!

We had a great time at Grammies Playhouse. The house itself was a great place to relax. Sitting out on the porches gave us a great view of the area and it was very beautiful. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen and living area are nice size. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. They were both clean and well taken care of . What is really nice is that we were a minutes walk to the beach. Over all this is a great place and great area to vacation.

The folks from Kentucky, which is what we are known as, have rented CR # 22 for years! Love this unit, love the other vacation people we see each year, love GC and love the setup! Only one thing of improvement - new TVs would be nice. Other than that, this unit is warm, comfortable and welcoming! Already making plans for next year!

Surfmaster by the Sea was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in! Our family has had many beach vacations, but the location of the condo, cleanliness of the facility, and ease of making reservations as well as checking out was amazing! We were only 5 minutes away from Krogers, McDonald's and a few other restaurants and beach shops. The beach itself was not crowded and looked quite clean. We will definitely stay at the Surfmaster by the Sea again!

We loved unit 408 at Surf Master! Parking was easy, location was prime, and the views from the corner unit were breathtaking! Only thing is I wish I had brought kitchen essentials such as liquid soap and paper towels. Kitchen towels and dishrags would be great. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, however. The unit was clean and adequately furnished and the beds were comfortable. Also, upon arrival, two of the toilets would not stop running. I called the maintenance number and a repairman was there in minutes! Good to know someone would take care of the issue so efficiently! Communication, check-in and check-out were a breeze! We were very pleased and will return!

We had a great vacation at Sunspree. It was our biannual family reunion. We had 19 from age 6 to 82 with some from as far away as WI. There was ample room and space for all. The first floor was great with access without stairs. The pool was so nice in the late afternoons. And the Pavilion in the back yard was a hit. The weather was great; the beach was super nice and close; it was quiet at the house but you could easily get to any activities that interested you. We had a blast!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it to others. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and it had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.

There were just a couple of minor issues during our stay, but they were completely out of the host’s control and did not take away from our overall experience. (The back yard does not get much sunlight and although they have maintenance to take care of the pool, because the tree it would be helpful to leave a pool skimmer to remove the leaves)

We had a fantastic time and would happily stay here again in the future.

A perfect home, perfect location, perfect week for myself, Hubby and our precious furbaby. Nothing else could better describe this wonderful home and a view you can only dream about. As long as we are able this will be our vacay home away from home. The only suggestions to make it even better would be a Keurig coffee maker and new deep pockets King sheets for the downstairs bedroom. The bed is as comfortable as ours at home, but needs sheets to fit better. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home.

Beachside Windy Hill is one of the best properties we have ever rented. The location is peaceful and quiet. The full-size heated pool was the hit of the week. Plenty of room for everyone and the huge grill held ribeyes for the whole family. From beach toys to the rocking chairs, this home had everything...including the little cardinal that hung around for the week letting us know the loved one we recently lost was there with us in spirit. It was a wonderful place to stay...clean with everything you need to make memories that will last forever. Hope to be back soon! Highly recommend!
