This was our first year staying in the Ir house in Garden City and we loved it! We had 11 people and it was plenty of room for us all! The front and back decks were fantastic and I was able to even sit out during a rain storm under the tin roof section! The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! And the beach access and inlet were wonderful!!

This is our third time staying at Surf Master. Unit 803 is our favorite so far with its modern and tasteful decor. The other two units we stayed in previously were also very nice, and we did enjoy the large outdoor patios with those units.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sea Banks 302. We usually stay in a family owned condo at Horizon East, but since it is being sold, we needed to find another place to stay. We were not disappointed! Right before our vacation week my husband had to go in the hospital with kidney failure, and we found out he would be going on dialysis. We thought we would have to cancel our vacation since my husband wouldn't be able to come. But my husband and his doctor insisted my son and I come on assuring me that he would be well taken care of and that I needed this rest. This week offered me the rest I needed, a chance to process all that was going on and how our lives would change once this week was over. I came home emotionally and spiritually prepared to face the challenges before us. I hope we can come back to Sea Banks 302 next year. Loved having the little space outside the front door to leave all of our beach chairs, etc. The place was VERY clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely home, great week with family, in spite of:
Pool was never cleaned Sat.-Sat. Elevator button broke Sunday. HVAC main floor went out Sunday night. Previous renters full trash/receptacles on street until Tuesday pick-up. Put ours out Friday (27th) night and only one receptacle emptied when we vacated. Hope second one was emptied eventually for next renters. Sliding door to outside malfunctioned, hard to open and had a greasy substance tracked onto rug unintentionally. All being said, Garden City staff/maintenance were excellent in responding, trying to accommodate issues. Elevator repair was excellent, though temporary fix to button broke again Thursday. HVAC repaired promptly and perfectly. I would recommend Garden City Realty for their professionalism and friendliness and ease of communication including app for entry and rental instructions.

Weather was okey. Had a chance to go to eateries we usually go to under the situations we are in. Scenery you couldn't ask for a better view (beach). It was good to have a different scenery and be able to sit inside to dine. The place was very spacious. I just recommend they leave a tv channel menu since our channels aren't the same.

We had such a wonderful time! Our only suggestions would be to tell potential gifts about the extra fridge, the stash of beach/pool accessories, and the baby highchair. Also there was no electric mixer or vegetable scraper that we could find.
Loved the downstairs shower room.
Comfortable and relaxing.
Plenty of eating utensils/dishes

We had 4 children and spouses and 11 grandchildren ranging in ages 3 months to 17 years.
We could not have picked a better house for our vacation.
All had a great time. I will have to say that the info on Monday Night fireworks was 2 years old and needs to be removed. The info on recycle should be with the garbage information.
There was sand on the floor of the two large bedrooms when we arrived.

We had a wonderful stay a Mariposa. We loved the cottage style decor which was so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect and the expansive screened in porch gave us a seemingly panoramic view of the ocean. We had some concerns however that the kids would get splinters on the porch floor and railings. One of the dishwashers malfunctioned but it was great having two. We had some trouble adjusting to the electric stove. The kitchen was well-equiped with the exception of wine glasses and smaller plastic bowls and plates for little ones. We loved the large table that seats 16 comfortably! We would definitely come back. The pool and jaccuzzi were great too!
