First time staying in this condo. Loved the location! Easy parking, and plenty of spaces. The condo was comfortable for our family. We always cook on vacation, and utilized the kitchen every night. Plenty of items to make our meals. Like that we are able to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The stand up shower in the master is very small. The only “issue” we had was the floor in the tub has nothing to keep you from slipping. Even the small shower was a little tricky. We ended up just putting a towel in the bottom of the tub so mom wouldn’t slip. The time of year we went was perfect to be able to get to talk to some of the owners! Lovely group of people. Would definitely recommend to friends or family!

Bought a Condo home in 2021 in Murrells Inlet, SC.

Highly recommend Drew [Dellinger].  Drew is extremely knowledgeable, easy to reach, and very quick to respond.  Some added bonuses, Drew is very patient and kind.  So happy we found Drew for our new home purchase, and can’t wait to use him again and recommend him to all of our friends.

Beautiful house and a wonderful location close to the beach. Extremely well stocked kitchen. This house is a true family house with lots to do for little ones. There was a nice collection of games, puzzles and small toys available. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone.

the condo was lovely, clean, and the price was right. the only thing that was difficult was the parking, very tight for my larger vehicle and only one space for my unit.

Love the proximity to the beach. 111needs new bed, could use bathroom update. Gets noisy at night due to hot tub but security pretty strict with following the hours posted. Overall, the buildings appear older. Stairwells need cleaned better...cigarette butts & litter present. Parking can be an issue.

We searched for a quaint beach cottage in Garden City/Surf Side area for a long time that met all our needs. GCR made it so easy to make the reservation and was fast and friendly with our requests and questions. I have dealt with many rental companies on our family vacations that were nightmares, but GCR remains faithful and committed to excellent customer service! My wife and I had a great time. The unit was clean and comfortable but the Living Room furniture and carpet needs updating. We had a dryer problem but the very professional GCR staff had it repaired within 24 hrs. View was terrific. We mostly dined in Murrell's Inlet and found each restaurant good to excellent except Russell's. Will not go back. Pacino's Mediterranian Grill was superb.
