CHARLES B.katonahYes its a beach rental, but only 2 sharp dinner knives, and pots and pans that even a tag sale would throw out, doesn't allow you to prepare meals easily. Internet is hard wired for 1 connection only, bad for kids with all of the electronics. no 2nd tv, again bad for kids. Window in master bed could not be locked, broken, and no stick to keep it secure. Unit needs a few minor things to make a vacation even nicer.
Connie M.WarsawThe condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was there was no table on our deck and the dining room table only had 4 chairs. We really like to set out on the deck to play cards, eat lunch or just listen to the ocean.
Gloucester City, NJJean has my recommendation!Jean did an excellent job handling my home. I would refer her to anyone looking to buy in South Carolina.
John M.DerryGreat location and access to beach.
Unit itself was clean and comfortable but definitely could use some upgrades. Basically it’s showing its age.
Just trying to give honest review.
Would l rent it again, yes.
Gale B.Fort WashingtonVery nice stay, except for the weather.
ZionvilleGreat vacation
Sugar Grove, NCVery good jobBobby Streett did a very good job. I would call him again!
Monica M.North CantonFantastic condo! My daughter is in a wheelchair and this condo was accessible for her.
OakwoodMy wife and I made last minute vacation plans and decided to stay at the SeaCamp. A great week with a little hurricane thrown in for good measure! We really liked SeaCamp, it was modern, clean, and perfect location! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ever need. We felt safe and secure here even when the winds whipped up a bit. Anyone renting this home needs to know: there are NO window treatments on the first floor, anyone on the beach have full view of the inside of the home. The 1/2 bath and both bathrooms on the second floor have NO window treatments either (except a third of the window has a frosted film over it). That being the case we chose to stay on the 3rd floor where the bathrooms had no windows. The living room chairs and sofa(?) was not comfortable. That was the only downside of our stay. Check in was fast and easy, we ate mostly in the Murrells Inlet area so the restaurants were close by. All in all, this was a nice place to stay!
Cerise L.JohnsonvilleWe took out granddaughter and a friend for spring break. We loved the condo as soon as we opened the door. The view was breathtaking. It was very updated and clean. The weather was terrible the whole week but we still had a great time. The weather cleared up the weekend so I extended my stay another 3 days. Would definitely return.
Catherine M.PlainfieldGreat doing business with Garden City Realty!
AttleboroWe had a great vacation. The condo had everything you could need. The only recommendation I would make is to put something about no mail being delivered to Surf Master. When we made our reservations there was an office in the building. We were not aware that this had changed and had our mail forwarded to Surf Master. We had to rent a post office box. Our mail was misplaced. I think that anyone renting for a length of time should be aware of this. Other than that it was a relaxing vacation.
Cindy S.W ColumbiaOur family stayed at Gramie's Playhouse and we loved everything about the house and the location. We had a nice breeze from the ocean whike sitting on the porch. The house is updated and very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and very spacious. We will continue to rent this house each year.
RoanokeLove the location. Being able to see the ocean and the marsh, with all the boats, was great. If I could change one thing it would that the walkway to the beach was longer but I would definitely stay again.
Steve B.JonesboroughWe always love staying at the Sundial. The room was clean, except for the moldy shower curtain...nasty! We did have an issue where the air stopped working, however they sent someone over right away and it was fixed!
